Wow, that is incredible thank you, its the first time we have more staff with what others would label as learning dificulties and yet it's the most incredible bunch of people I've worked with in terms of supporting and pushing each other as a team and the old girl The Priory forward. Thank you!

My mum and I didn't expect to spend the night in Louth but that quickly changed when we happened upon The Priory and its delightful owner Paul. We popped our heads into the hotel looking for a cup of tea but instead we got the warmest of welcomes from Paul, a guided tour of the building, a history of the...

From weddings to festivals, birthday parties, award ceremonies or just basking in the ambience of Serendipity – no experience at the Priory is quite like the last. And that's why I love it. I've been lucky enough to frequent this establishment on multiple occasions and every single time Paul and his magnificent team just blow it out of the water....

This place is a one-off! The building is interesting and individual, gradually being restored with love and dedication. our room was cosy with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Dinner in the restaurant, aptly called "Serendipity" (meaning the art of chancing on happy things), was a lovely experience: we were brought no fewer than 17 delicious little dishes, one...

Where do I begin. From Ben asking if he could help us with our bags as we were getting out of the car, bringing us drinks as we relaxed in front of the roaring fire, or Thomas making sure our room was perfect, or Izzy being engaging - the visit started amazingly. Our room was lovely, with a chocolate on...

On 20th January 2017 we had a fantastic celebration- a taster meal for eight people at the Serenditpity restaurant.
