Two nights B+B, very reasonable price, immaculate room and superb breakfast. Mrs. McGarry is a superstar. Very convenient for work, easy walk into Boston for food and drink, don't miss the Stump. Thank you.

We've been staying at this guest house for a number of years with students from the college who take part in competitions at the local rowing club. The accommodation is superb value for money, and the owners Margaret and Pete bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. We stayed here for 5 weeks waiting for our new home to be finished. The facilities were excellent - clean rooms, use of kitchen/cooking facilities and ample parking. Stayed here for one night late July in a twin room. Rooms were a decent size and good quality comfy beds. Margaret the host was very friendly and welcoming, there's a kitchen that you can use also if you want Walking distance to the centre of Boston. All in all a great place to stay and great value for money....

This is far the best guest house we have stayed in. Extremely friendly, helpfull, booking was so easy, easy to find, ample parking, brilliant facilities and walking distance to Boston town centre. I would recommend it to anyone. Oh and a great breakfast to.

We stayed with a group of 12 sports people and had a great welcome fantastic breakfast with lots of fruit extra's. Kitchen for self catering is ideal. Margaret and Pete are the perfect hosts. Easy parking and close to main shops.

I stayed at this guest house for about 3 months as we were having a house renovated,the owners were a lovely couple who made us very welcome,we felt like part of the family,the room had everything we could have needed and we were also given free use of the kitchen and laundry facilities,I would definately recommend a stay with this...

A lovely stay! Margaret made me feel more than welcome, greeted with a pot of tea on arrival. Real home from home. Lovely clean room,good size bathroom and a cosy robe provided. Breakfast cooked fresh at a time to suit. Great value & will be back when in the area. Thank you Margaret , your a lovely lady!

“ask for a room at the back away from the road. Our room had towels, robes, tea, coffee, biscuits, shower gel etc... but take your own hairdryer - they do provide one but it is not very good.”
