Reception quick and well organised. Kev was very helpful and sorted out our room.
Room 131 was very clean and quiet. There was a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee. There were more tea and coffee for use in reception.
Stayed en route to Cambridge for one night.
It's a fairly new TL and was clean, comfortable and thr room was well appointed.
Amazingly, although new it had no sockets next to the bed. Very annoying and very surprising.
The rooms were a reasonable size.The shower and toilet were clean. 6 coat hangers no drawers, nowhere to hang anything if it was wet (it rains in England). Adjacent to the travel lodge is a restaurant, which serves a good and varied breakfast menu at...More
Good, cheap parking in public carpark behind hotel but the one way system can confuse directions on how to get to it. Hairdryers available in reception, not in room so you have to ask. Loads of places to eat in town within minutes of hotel.
