This is the nicest B&B in the area. Our room was beautifully furnished and very well equipped (Nespresso machine, fresh milk). Every feature looked as if it had been very carefully chosen and placed. The bathroom was a good size. The location couldn't be better. We can't wait to return.

We stayed at Axpill for the weekend and had a great time in the area. But what about the house? The quality and comfort of the bedroom, bathroom, breakfast was all 5 star. If you are lucky the lovely friendly owners may even share some charcuterie with you.

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at stunning Axpill House in Nailsworth. The house itself is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and well appointed. Every detail had been considered in our gorgeous ensuite room. Nespresso machine, tea, bottled water, wifi, Sky TV, quality bed linen and towels etc. The owners Elizabeth & Dai Francis gave us such a warm welcome into their home we felt like old friends rather than paying guests! Also a fantastic breakfast in a kitchen/dining room (of my dreams!) overlooking a vibrant garden, we didn't want to leave! We're already planning our return visit!

Five of us stayed here last night as we had booked the restaurant a couple of doors down. My husband and I had the en suite room which was lovely. Bright and airy with a comfortable bed and lots of tea and coffee to choose from along with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits. Theres a lovely bathroom with a large shower with excellent water pressure and very nice toiletries. The owner made us all really nice cooked breakfasts to order in the garden along with good coffee, fresh fruit and yoghurt and cereals. We had a lovely break here, the village is very pretty and the pub opposite really welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed one night as was attending a wedding in the area, we were severely delayed in arriving but this was not an issue for Elizabeth who was a great host and even let us have a later breakfast once she found out we were having a late one! The room was spacious with plenty of quality amenities. Would highly recommend.
