We spent two nights at the Old Lyme. The location is brilliant. Right in the centre of the town and on a beautiful old street with interesting buildings all around (including the B&B itself which is a very old building itself) I was impressed with how near we were to the beach and the high street. Sandra and Sue were... More

Spent two nights in this lovely Georgian B&B, close to the seafront and convenient for lots of local pubs and restaurants. Cosy comfortable room with good ensuite facilities (including a full-sized bath). Tasty breakfast cooked to order, friendly hosts Sandra and Sue, who will be very happy to point you in the direction of the best places to eat etc.... More

This was the perfect place to stay in Lyme Regis. It was very convenient to the harbor, museums, shops and restaurants, yet on a quiet street. The historic building is beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and Room 5’s bath was quite nice. Breakfasts were ample and delicious, and the hosts, Sue and Sandra, are charming and helpful. Our stay... More

We had a lovely large room at the front of the house with two windows, 1 full bed and 1 single bed, en-suite with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a mix of antiques and newer pieces. The art work is also eclectic and very fun. The breakfast was delicious. We were... More

Clean, comfortable and friendly B&B. Good breakfast and in-room tea making facilities with quality biscuits. Breakfast served between 8 am and 9 am was a wee bit early for me, as was 10am checkout. Another hour added to these would make it perfect.

Many thanks for your review. We do appreciate your thoughts and feedback. It is always difficult to stretch breakfast and check out to a later time as we are a small business and have to meet other demands as well as new guests expectations to check in by midday. Regards Sandra and Sue. More

We are not the easiest party to look after as my mother is 90 and my husband is blind but we have just returned from a three night stay at this lovely guest house, rested and relaxed. We arrived in rain to a warm welcome from Sue and Sandra, our luggage was taken upstairs and I was given a parking... More

Sandra and Sue gave us a very warm welcome and had soon helped us to unload the car. Then provided a car park pass ( which costs them a fortune ) for the park just up the road. Rooms were lovely, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We met them a few times on our... More

Lovely welcome and hospitality from Sandra and Sue. Brilliant location and beautiful guesthouse in the heart of Lyme Regis. Great breakfast, very comfy bed and felt as ease. Came to chill out and leave the stress behind for a few days and it certainly did the trick-never felt so relaxed in a long time.
