We stayed here for the weekend as a last minute booking, the staff made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. This small hotel is in the most idyllic setting, no phone signal so you can leave the world behind, however if you do need to keep in touch there is excellent wifi provided, if you are looking for...

Lovely, lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming, the room was extremely comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to a very good standard - runny poached eggs, light fluffy pancakes. Parking was easy and free, free WiFi, huge bath, four poster bed. Couldn't ask for more. Many thanks

Chose this wonderful place as a perfect venue for my daughters wedding. It is so picturesque, with the wonderful lakes and lawns, specimen trees, whose autumn colours were amazing. The manor itself is so warm and welcoming, you just feel like you could snuggle up for the whole time you are there. The Staff are fabulous. Nothing is too much...

This hotel is in a beautiful setting. Very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant has great ambience with very good well presented food and wine at reasonable prices. Accomodation was good for the price although slightly tired but very acceptable.

Couldn't have picked a better location. The grounds are picturesque and tranquil. Whether you choose to go there for dinner, Sunday lunch, staying overnight in one of...

Brilliant weekend over 15th and 16th October for our youngest son's wedding to his lovely Finnish girlfriend. This was the ideal retreat, able to cater for the ceremony itself, then straight into the Wedding 'Breakfast' (Reception) without trying to ferry family and friends from the UK and Finland across the county to a different location. The evening music event was...

The hotel/restaurant is situated in beautiful Devon countryside. Lakeview Manor is surrounded by its own land with extremely scenic lakes with water features. The hotel itself is small and cosy. The restaurant is very good, lunch was excellent value for money - a two course meal for two with soft drinks and a pot of strong tea amounted to less...

Exceptional service and food beyond belief. Fresh organic local fare served in ferrous portion. Clean accommodation throughout. Staff eager to help and no question seemed petty. I felt the price was very reasonable.
