Totally enjoyed our stay, the hotel is placed in perfect position for the sea view and walking to town, which I must say the town is small but full of life. Lovely heated outdoor pool, great food and the staff all very pleasant. We had a sea view room and hotel was very peaceful. Tv could do with growing a...

The building is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The carpets smelt like they have not been changed in the last 50 years. But worst of all, I felt drips of water coming from the ceiling in the middle of the night. I tried to dry of the ceiling and then this make a hole in the ceiling and there...

We popped in for a drink a number of times whilst staying in Padstow as this hotel looked so nice. The bar has a great view of the sea and is a relaxing place to come to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town down below. The drinks seemed to be fairly average prices compared to the...

It's one of the few hotels I have stayed in that did'nt have an iron in each room. There was'nt the one available when I asked at reception so I had to go to a wedding crumpled. Not happy! Also there is'nt a safe in the rooms. My bedroom was very clean and comfortable but noisy, it sounded like someone...

We booked a double room with sea view which we did get but room quite small & furniture very dated. Our en suite was small & the tiles around bath had mould & the bath panel needs to replaced as does the...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Glorious view from the restaurant over the Camel estuary. Thoroughly enjoyed the lovely choice of courses on the menu served by the attentive staff. Comfortable landward facing room overlooking the carpark. Particularly enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. Hightlight was the arrival of the owner for an overnight stay in his helicopter which landed on...

It's a beautiful location overlooking the harbour area and we were fortunate to have rooms with views in that direction. Staff were very friendly and there was a nice "family hotel" vibe without the commercial chain anonymity. We didn't bring a car: whilst there is free car parking it's clear there isn't really enough space and there was a lot...
