We were visiting friends in the area and had a great stay at The Molesworth Arms. Situated right in the centre of town the friendly and professional staff made it a great weekend. After a hard day out on the bikes the bar and pizzas are perfect. Breakfast was really good as well ( massive! ). We will definitely be...

As a family we stayed in this pub/inn for two nights occupying two rooms. When we arrived we were greeted amiably by a young Australian who showed us to our room and wished us a pleasant stay, Unfortunately, it was all down hill from thereon. The room was very small but clean. The towels were soft and clean too, so...

This has to be one of the most unpleasant "hotels" I have been unfortunate enough to stay in. On arrival there was nowhere to park apart from blocking another guest in. Then I had to stand at the bar whilst the loud obnoxious and frankly dirty looking barman laughed and joked with his regulars at the bar. I was finally...

I booked a room for the night on a Friday evening to break the journey further down into Cornwall. However, upon arriving, and taken up to our room, there was someone else in there. No problem, I thought they have the wrong room! No! They had double-booked despite both booking on Booking.com How is that possible? Fortunately I had parked...

The over booking was the fault of third party booking.com. We do apologise for this unfortunate situation but we did find you an alternative room within 4 minutes of arriving. I hope you enjoyed the complimentary dinner and wine we provided.

We went to the Molesworth for Sunday lunch as we had been before and like it. Again we weren't disappointed as the food was great and the beer even better (St Austell's - HSD). I also like the atmosphere as it is a very comfortable place to sit and relax - well done!

Had a one night stay at the Molesworth arms when visiting my daughter. My one big complaint - we didn't stay for longer!! Such a great place, the staff were brilliant we were made to feel right at home from the minute we got there, the food was delicious (and lots of it) at a very reasonable price. The room...

This is the second time we've stayed at the Molesworth and the 1st time was OK, hence we booked again. We were well aware that there was music Friday & Saturday nights and this wasn't a problem - it ended before midnight both nights and we got a good nights sleep. The main problem came on Sunday. The football was...
