Val comfortable, clean, and charmingly delightful bed and breakfast. There is no every corner in the house. Gardens are exquisite, as well as the furnishings! She truly make you feel like you are at home. A real gem of a place!

Once again Val and Charles provided the ingredients for the perfect holiday. Val's breakfasts are really great, quality, quantity and service all spot on. The house itself is excellent with a wonderful garden. Nothing is too much trouble for Val and Charles, they make sure your stay is all you would wish it to be. If this isn't the best...

Spent two nights here in August 2016 and would love to return again soon. The Cowans have a large house with a beautiful walled garden only 5 minutes walk from High Street, the main street in North Berwick. Although close to restaurants, shopping and the beach, the house is in a very quiet location. Having been in the B &...

We had a lovely stay in this charming & elegant residence located in a typical Scottish village at about 45 minute drive from Edinburgh and near the sea and the gulf club. The hosts (Val & Charles) did their best to make us feel comfortable and even tried to speak a little French 😊. A place to remember !
