I arrived having booked the last room in this lovely B and B. Its always encouraging to see a place fully booked at the end of October and i realised very quickly why. It might have been the very warm welcome by the owners, or the fact that they helped me with my luggage after a no fuss check in....

We stayed at Fairlight Lodge over the August bank holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My elderly Mum and I visited Lynn last week, sadly for the funeral of Mum's friend. SO pleased I found this great B&B! I was going to book online but called first to check out accessibility etc. I spoke to Alistair, who was brilliantly helpful from the start. He gave us a garden room at the same rate for online...

Thank you so much for your review. It was a shame you were staying under difficult circumstances. Breakfast is an hour later at weekends and its all cooked to fresh to order. We had a 2 night break for my birthday, wanting to go to Sandringham for the day. Chose accommodation in Kings Lynn from the website for the area. Fairlight Lodge will not disappoint. Alastair and James were perfect hosts, we have spent many breaks in B&B's, but never looked after as well, they always went the extra mile to please...

I don't want to wax lyrical about 'Fairlight Lodge' as we are already planning our next visit and I don't it to be booked up!! Seriously, where do I start? James and Alistair were brilliant hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely rooms which were spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts. (I ate far too much but couldn't resist!) King's Lynn...

Great location, easy walk to town centre through park. Breakfast was excellent, but high point was Alistair's homemade biscuits. We got really useful information from our hosts, which made planning our day easy. If there's a minus it's the low flying jets.

Marty thank you for your review so pleased you enjoyed breakfast and Alastairs biscuits. We are mystified about low flying jets as Marham airbase is 14 miles away. Don't want people to worry we are under a flight path. We occasionally hear a jet day time once or twice a week but being near the town they don't fly low...
