Well-received birthday treat for memsahib. Nice place to stay and go for long, local walks. The sleepover was extra blessed by fantastic weather. Delicious food, beautiful Adnam's beers, very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Is there parking for residents?
There is a small car park of about 10 spaces, but it does get full on weekends with lunch and dinner reservations. Residents do not get priority so it is first come first served, but we have never had a problem getting parked on the several occasions we have stayed there.

There is 1 ground floor room which permits dogs. I am not 100% but I think it is the family room which is accessed directly from the street. Lovely place to stay!

I'm really surprised as we stayed a few nights ago and all of the staff were delightful, helpful, friendly and professional. Your comments seem rather inappropriate.

How many steps to room 3 as I gather there is no lift?
It's two flights, I'm afraid.
