Four of us arrived over an hour early, no problem, we were checked in immediately by Khareem, an amazing member of staff that the hotel should make every effort to retain, we were booked into breakfast by 'Pele', how the might fall! We had a very good meal in the restaurant.

We stayed with our 2 children aged 11 and 8 in a family room for a weekend at legoland. Two large double beds, spacious and clean room, lovely big bath and shower cubicle. The staff could not do enough for us, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and they catered for all

I have mixed views about this hotel. The reception area sums up pretty much how Ifelt about this hotel. A little plain. Having said that the room was of a decent size and I was upgraded to an Executive King room. Lovely...but....It must have been a 1980's executive room and

The room was great, the staff friendly, the breakfast designed to ruin my diet. The negative part was the temperature. It was warmer in the lobby with cold air coming in from outside than my room. I set the controls to maximum but all it did was blow cold air. In the end the

Does the gym have a Concept2 rowing machine/erg?
Please note Property Representative that I have one of these machines at home and have been using it for more than 15 years, and I can assure you that you are lying to me. The chains on yours are rusty, which takes years of non maintenance to build up. One of the monitors has a broken battery compartment that has been patched with duct tape, and from the looks of it it has been in this state for months. Both the monitors have buttons which do not register; not a software fault, again poor maintenance (lack of cleaning). There were other sets of equipment which were not working and had notes to the effect that they had notified Life Fitness, but after a week or so they were still in the same condition. By denying your faults you will never improve. By jumping on any negative feedback you will only stop people from sharing their ideas, suggestions, comments, experiences and reflections with you, which will only help lead to an even earlier downfall of your hotel. Really, pathetic of you, and I shall be sharing my comments with your senior Corporate management.

This was my first time at this hotel, I was there for a work event and we stayed there for two nights, some of the staff were really nice but there were a couple whose attitude was not helpful, other than I enjoyed my stay
