Stayed here for 7 nights for work, which was definitely a convenient location given that I could easily walk to the office where I was working. The staff are very friendly and incredibly accomodating. However, my room was facing a very busy road which meant that I was woken up by traffic early every morning. The rooms and the hotel...

Walk into the hotel and it's like stepping back into Victorian elegance from the 1800s. The hall is spectacular. The glass lifts give a unique view of the beautiful ceiling. Walk into the bedroom and they only word is wow. It's not a bedroom it's a real suit with settee arm chairs coffee table flowers weighting desk. Beautifully decorated with...

Apparently, Princess Cristina can't afford to fix her air conditioning system. This hotel is decent, but it falls into the category of those hotels that seem to have spent it all on the lobby, which is breathtaking (check out the play of light from the stained-glass ceiling on the mirrors of the elevator shaft). SERVICE: Good, except for one person...

Very comfortable and traditional Spanish hotel. Would definitely visit again, very friendly and efficient staff at check-in and check-out. Good location even better when the TranVia in Jaén finally starts working! Beautiful reception and atrium are with stained glass and glass lifts also.

I spent almost two weeks here and found it too be much more than adequate. My room was large with a balcony and air conditioning which worked well in the mid thirties temperatures. The breakfast was very good and the dishes were constantly topped up. In particular the coffee was excellent. The staff was very helpful and a particular mention...

From the moment of arrival we were entirely impressed with this hotel. From the outer building one cannot really judge the interior. However, stepping into the lobby (after parking our car in the underground garage) we marveled at the beauty and elegance. The rooms were chic, immaculate and spacious. The service at the desk was amazing with many tips on...

On my way down to Malaga stopped at the olive growing area of Spain. The main centre of the town is at the top of the main hill. I stayed at this hotel for the underground parking and the price of 77 euros including breakfast was very good. The hotel is well furnished and the room very good. Now the...

I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend, who speaks Spanish. That really saved us, since the staff didn't speak English at all! The receptionist seemed annoyed, when we arrived, and was on the phone the entire time while we checked in. Tried calling the 24h-room service in the night but there was no answer. In the morning a...

An amazing hotel. Stayed in the executive suite and enjoyed every second of it. Very helpful staff and the food was amazing. The room was just out of this world and the bathroom was amazing. All in all the best stay ever..
