Shame that the lovely setting is spoilt by a flock of resident pigeons who have taken over the swimming pool where they drink and bathe as well as the surrounding courtyard Had a superior room but there was nothing superior about it. Breakfast was very average at best and overpriced at €10pp and dinner was mixed. Salmorejo was great, fish...

The hotel is well situated just a short walk from the town centre. It was very cosy, the staff were vall very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The food was good and so was the service. All in all, it was exactly what my wife and I had hoped it would...

A lovely friendly well kept property in the heart of the spectacular ancient town of Carmona. Yes its not the Parador of Carmona but those on a smaller budget will not be disappointed. We ate there on their fixed price 3 course menu which was 18€.p.p with a glass of wine included- but strangely the 3rd course was a choice...

We decided to book this as Easter week was expensive in Seville and we wanted to be centrally based to access other towns and cities. The Alcazar is a surprise packet. The photos don't do it justice. Set up high on the edge of the old town, it is a stylish example of Spanish hospitality. The foyer is glamorous as...

Located deep in the mazelike (and therefore a bit challenging to reach by car) old town of Carmona, this is a very charming hotel with a view. We arrived at midnight but were welcomed perfectly. The beds were of the best we slept in in Andalucia. Didn't try the hotel pool (April). Perfect breakfast. Carmona is certainly worth a visit....

The personnel at the desk were pleasant and helpful; help was needed since they had difficulty finding our reservation with Expedia. Happily, we had a copy of our reservation with us. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. In front of the hotel is a terrace with views. The hotel is sited near the Cordoba gate, and is also near...

This hotel is perfectly located in Carmona with great views stepping out of the door! Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is luscious! I do think that the bathrooms are due for a small revamp in the medium term, but they were clean and the shower was nice!

Friendly staff, warm welcome. Lovely room. I did have a suite with lounge area and terrace, which was lovely. Very quiet, good sleep. Only complaint was that the information books in the rooms state that breakfast is from 7.30 -11. But it would appear not on Saturday or Sunday, which proved difficult for us as we were being collected at...

We spent two days in Carmona, and this hotel was everything we had hoped for. It was MUCH more affordable than the local Parador yet in a great location with a very comfortable room, and on site restaurant and bar was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
