We stayed at the hotel on a package holiday with Newmarket holidays. The hotel is very basic with large bedrooms simply furnished and a decent sized bathroom. Don't count on hot water for a shave or a shower in the morning! The TV is tuned only to Spanish tv channels. No tea or coffee making facilities - so take your...

We only stayed a night, but it was very nice; this is evidently a hotel often used for business conferences and dinners, but it was very inexpensive. It is close to the train station, perhaps 1/2 mile or less, but don't attempt to walk it with luggage unless you are very fit and up for a quite a workout. It...

On a Newmarket escorted holiday. Great position for the 4 trips to places like Granada and Alhambra, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. Hotel staff very helpful but our lack of Spanish did not help. Rooms basic but clean with onsuite. We made the mistake of being half board because their evening meal of 3 cources fell well short of being good....

The hotel seemed rather neglected and was very basic. I felt the rooms were not as clean as they should be and could do with a bit of a deep clean. Breakfasf was in the dining room which was a rather depressing room and there was very little choice. It was not as close to the centre as we had...

We had this hotel as a Base on a Newmarket holiday. Centrally based in the town close to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and a good size with onsuite shower/toilet. Breakfast was typical continental style cheese, ham, bread, pastries etc plus scrambled eggs and bacon. Tip if you want toast prepare ahead like at least 10 minutes as the...

We stayed a week here including breakfast. Good location, just positioned on the edge of town also near to the hypermarket. Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms airy and very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond their call of duty. Very friendly and worked their socks off! Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental and plentiful. The evening "Menu Of...

I too stayed last week with Newmarket Holidays. The previous detailed review by Joop51 from Northants is an excellent summary of what to expect. All I want to stress is the staggeringly good value offered by the restaurant in the evening. A 3 course meal with a free (alcoholic) drink, choice of 4 starters, 4 mains and usually 4 puddings,...

I stayed here for 5 nights while on a Newmarket holiday. On arrival, the receptionist dealt with some 30+ people speedily and with efficiency.
