Stayed at the Greville Arms Hotel last weekend. From start to finish our stay was fantastic. We arrived to check in and were warmly greeted by Karen on reception. We had a room booked for myself, my partner and our 6 yr old daughter. Karen informed us of their new Teepee package available in the hotel so we took her up on the offer. On entering the room our daughter was so excited to see the Teepee and the milk and cookies were an added bonus at bedtime. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with a wide variety of food. Michaela and Cait were so friendly and helpful. First class service. Looking forward to our next stay in the Greville Arms Hotel. 5 stars all the way!!

~ Superb spot ~ - I had a lovely meal here recently. - Top quality food and at a very reasonable price. - No supplement for the steak which is very rare now! - Impeccable service and staff - I’m looking forward to going back to the restaurant soon again.

First the good points.... like most people have said in their reviews the staff here are FANTASTIC so professional, polite and well turned out in their uniforms. When we arrived and went to our room which was on the front of the hotel right over the front door, it was warm & very clean and comfortable. We then went to the bar for some food ut was VERY busy the serving staff were buzzing around like flies but we were seated and served in no time the only thing was where we were sitting was very badly lit we need our phone touches to read the menus. The food was excellent & plenty of it, the price was reasonable also. We went to our family event that evening and then slept like a log so comfortable. New Breakfast..... again the staff fantastic, selection if food good and fresh although I love alot of fresh juice with my breakfast and this wasn't really available on a table one had to gontonthe buffet and ask a staff member for a refill BUT that's only a little thing. NOW for my only negative comment.... PARKING as we arrived t 4.45pm I phoned the hotel to ask about parking as the hotel is on a main street I was told the carpark was around the corner BUT it may be full as the hotel was very busy it was full but as luck would have it as we drove around a car pulled out from right outside the front door HELLO great parking spot. But I think if you have a room booked a parking spot should be held for you. BUT that is the only negative about our stay.. Well done team Greville.

We had a lovely overnight stay in the Greville Arms Hotel. The rooms were warm and cozy with a lovely modern walk in shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to Leslie on reception for her kindness and patience. The Breakfast was delicious also with plenty of choice. Couldn't recommend this quaint little gem more.
