I loved this place from first sight, we got a warm welcome with tea and biscuits. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was just amazing. The next day we got a full Irish breakfast for free which was delicious. The host, Regina was amazing, me and my friend has never experienced such hospitality before, so this is definately worth...

The B&B is really lovely! We went there at our first day in Ireland because we needed a rest after the flight. When we got there we received a warm welcome from Regina. Our Room was really big and equipped with a nice bed and a big bathroom. Later when we had brought our luggage up we talked a bit...

We were met at Dublin airport and driven to Mullingar by a new acquaintance, so were not able to offer a precise time of arrival; we had three phone calls and two emails from Regina whilst en route asking what time we expected to be there. She was desperately keen to leave as soon as she'd shown us our room....

We chose the Glenmore House in Mullingar without reading the reviews. First mistake. Second mistake was reading the reviews AFTER we booked our night there. By this time, however, our options for another 3 star B&B which accepted our travel vouchers were slim to none. So we hoped for the best. After all, there were a few decent reviews in...

Stayed here recently with my friend and we loved it. It's central enough but secluded at the same time, tucked away on lovely well kept grounds. House is very old with beautiful high ceilings and amazing antique furniture. If you can enjoy the character of a property like this I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in a so called family room. It was awful and the only thing stopping me walking out was the fact we had two very sleepy children. The beds were hard, my husband had to pull out the electric blanket as it was digging into his back. The room was freezing evn with the electric heater. The bathroom was...

I stayed 4 nights at 3 star B&B Ireland rated Glenmore House in April 2015, located off the main road outside Mullingar town. The house is a bit hard to find, but once you're there, you'll appreciate the protective but unmaintained forest wall embracing the grounds. Hostess Regina Healty showed me to my ensuite room, first bedroom on the right...
