We got married on 12th August and had our reception in the Conyngham Arms. We just couldn't fault it! From the day we booked the venue to our check out on the day after the wedding, the staff couldn't do enough for us. There were so many lovely touches that the staff added. The garden was a beautiful setting for... More

It is a very cosy and peaceful place to go for afternoon tea. It was served quickly by a young and friendly waiter, who topped up our teapot and coffee all the time and constantly made sure we were all ok! The mini sandwiches and scones were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend going for afternoon tea as you would... More

On 15th July myself and my beautiful wife celebrated our wedding day in the Conyngham Arms Hotel, Slane. From start to finish of organising our special day Louise and Barth were on hand with ideas and support and on the day they were present to look after us if needed. As we are a same sex couple we had our... More

Went for lunch here yesterday with my friend. It was busy so we were given a seat in the library. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is lovely. The food took a bit of time to come out. As a vegetarian/trying vegan I was very limited with what I could have. The usual risotto was on the menu.... More

I went to Conyngham Arms 01 Aug for a friend's Baby Shower. The room was beautiful, quaint and peaceful. We were quickly served by a very friendly waitress and out tea pots were regularly topped up! The food was amazing and we weren't pushed out of the hotel for the next sitting, we had our table for 3 hours. I... More

I booked this hotel for an annual family trip to a near by amusement park, I booked a family room with the expectation of the night from hell with my noisy children all hyped up after their day out, and all of us cramped into one tiny room. What we got was a lovely surprise at the end of a... More

This is a quaint hotel in a small town. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Our room was at the back of the hotel (no 7 I think), with no view, but was very quiet. The room itself was lovely, with everything we needed. We stayed on a really warm day and as there was no aircon we... More
