Stayed for one night after attending a music gig there. It was very reasonably priced. No complaints about the room - which was a triple - the only one left that night. The bed was very comfortable and clean, as was the whole room and bathroom, which was small but adequate for me on my own. It may not be...

While returning home from a long days work at Mayo, I was booked into the Longford Arms for a nights rest. It was a warm, welcome break, with good food, pleasantly served, and a great nights sleep. Room was good, with Tea / Coffee, wifi and the bathroom had good shower and plenty of hot water. Staff were welcoming and...

For a town the size of Longford, it is fairly shocking that there are no other hotels in the town. The Longford Arms is it. And a poor show it is of a hotel at that. Dated, shabby and grimy are just a few of the words that come to mind. It hasn't got the best reputation with businesses in...

Had a great lunch in Longford Arms when in Longford for the day. Excellent fresh food with GF options. Helpful & friendly staff who served us with grace and a smile made for a truly pleasant experience and greatly enhanced our visit to Longford.

My wife and I spent one night in this hotel, lucky enough. It is quite shabby, especially when one leaves the reception area to locate your room. We had a good view of a concrete wall approx. 2 metres from our window. The reception staff were less than enthusiastic upon our arrival, we felt we were disturbing them. The bar...

Stayed at this "hotel" for a night and what a long night it was. For one, it's like the only hotel to stay at in Longford, so they got ya if you're tired. At first, it seemed like a rather nice place from the view from the outside and upon entering the lobby. However, that quickly changed as we headed...

I Stayed in this hotel for 5 days. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Ireland. The room looked out onto a flat roof so filed with builders rubble it could have been his yard. The TV was from the Ark with a smaller screen than the one on my tablet and with so few stations working...

Food in pub was delicious and free brekky was lovely with lovely friendly staff. It is hotel / pub accomodation so don't expect fancy rooms but...

I describe this place as nice and good food. I had lunch there, was taste and staff was friendly. I would recommend it. The deco is classic, the toilet very clean and big space. Isn't expensive you can feed yourself and won't pay much. There are loads options for lunch as well and for desert if you wish. If you...
