Stayed here for four nights room was clean but no toilet paper on check in and then realise no mirror in bathroom how to shave? Bar ok nice Irish stew. The hotel needs a make over looking and feeling tired.
Nice place, good staff making for a pleasant environment. Stayed after meeting for a meal which was great value and very tasty. Recommend completely.

I and a friend have both stayed at this hotel three times - I also took my sister and niece there and none of us have had any complaints - my sister had a very Victorian room and loved it - Ann and I now always ask for the same rooms as previously stayed in as they suit us both however my first stay there was a different room and that too was ok - breakfast is excellent and I found the staff very helpful, one even carried my case up stairs as I am disabled - staff I found really help was was receptionist called fidelma and the people who served breakfast - oh and breakfast was absolutely brilliant - would stay there again anytime - especially picked it originally as it has a pool and love the art deco atmosphere
