Really dirty and run down hotel. Rooms battered and filthy carpets. Woken at 5am by awful noise from heating system that was so loud had to get night porter. He had to work on system for about 45 mins, with three visits to room. Only was for him to resolve was to switch off heating system for entire hotel. This...

Terrible stay for many reasons! 1. Didn't have my booking when we arrived 2. Gave me the key to someone else's room and we walked in on them 3. No hot water 4. Very rude night porter 5. Extremely rude receptionists in particular a male member of staff. Overall a terrible stay never again!

Appalling hotel, worst experience in recent memory. Booked in for the New Years weekend, left after the first night! Our original room was in a poor condition and had no working hot water, staff moved us to another room which was in a disgusting and dilapidated state, we complained and were moved to another room (third time) which again was...

Arrived here with my partner and parents on the afternoon of New Years Eve. Wanted to shower before heading out and found there was no hot water in our room or in my parents' room. We spoke to reception who advised they will look into it and apologised for the inconvenience caused. The next day we were advised that we...

Visited the Longford Arms Hotel for the marathon in August. Places to stay in this area are extremely limited, and we were lucky to be staying so close to the action. The hotel is adequate, and offers clean, no-frills accommodations. This is definitely not a four or five star property, but they aren't trying to be either. Rooms are small,...

Room was fine, comfortable beds. Feather duvets, which would have been lovely but all the feathers were at the top and bottom and nothing in the middle! Not a big issue however. Noise outside late at night not too much of a problem: this place is right in the centre of a town after all -and breakfast was tasty. What...

Haven't stayed here but have often had dinner and drinks here 👍🏼 the food is delish, the decor is a little dull. Staff are all nice and friendly. The car park could be a bit more secure as my fiancés wind visors were stolen from his van

Had lunch here a few times recently and was very impressed. Good service, good food. Great staff, right price. This was carvary lunch and we had a choice of five or six lunches and all were fresh and tasty.

Everything about this hotel was bad, from the service to the rooms and trough the food, in the bathroom sink in my room there where two faucets, one said H, one said HOT and both only produced cold water, there were no hot water in the shower either. When I tried to sleep it sounded like customers from the bar...
