Nice enough hostess but felt rushed; granted I had jet lag. Breakfast was great but rooms were not exceptional. Had to go to car during night which was when I really noticed issue with doors sticking. Shower head in our room was one of those plastic ones that don't work well.

Good place to stay with friendly hosts. Provided an extra bed to fit 3 in the room. Still plenty of space left. Clean and comfortable. Swords is a nice little town with several restaurants and bars. Its conveniently located, not too far from Dublin where we had to be the next day. The B&B is located just outside Swords, a... More

We stayed here for one night 27/05/16. We were attending the Springsteen concert in Croke Park. We booked this B&B as the prices in Dubin on concert nights are ridiculous. Anyhow, the B&B is a bit out of the way it was a good five minute taxi drive from the centre of Swords. We were greeted by Catherine and shown... More

Room was clean, Catherine was friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs upgrading. Shower wand held together with duct tape. A little noisy, rooms not very soundproof. BE sure not to leave the window open or the cat will visit during the night.

I stayed at this B&B for my last night in Dublin before flying home, as it is very close to the airport. The hosts were very accommodating in allowing me to check in early to store my luggage, and Michael was very helpful in arranging a taxi to Dublin. I cannot comment on breakfast since we left early to catch... More

I am sorry about the small spider in the bathroom, the windows were opened during the day so it must have come then , they are harmless creatures. The carpet has been steam cleaned . As you arrived very early that morning when we were busy with other guests I forgot to tell you to turn on the radiator if... More

Catherine was very professional and inviting. We had room 3 which was comfortable and clean. It was a nice corner room with its own shower. Catherine made us reservations at the Old School House and gave us suggestions on where to go.

Our host Micheal was very welcoming and gave us a food time on a place to visit. New Grange. He gave us excellent directions to get there and to get to the airport as well. This place is very close to the airport so it was just what we needed since we had an early flight. The B&B is a... More

We chose this b & b due to it's close proximity to the airport. We had a little car trouble and the hosts were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. This b & b is also walking distance to the bus to take into Dublin. This was helpful because we didn't need to worry about finding parking in the... More

Stayed here on last night bc proximity to airport (10min drive). Comfy, large room and friendly, helpful host. Short walk to city center along a safe path for dinner. Might be a good destination for people exploring Dublin but don't want to stay in city center...though not sure transit into city. Host friendly and left us food for the am... More

We booked this B&B because of there great reviews and the close location to the Airport. We had booked this for both the 1st night and the last night of our trip. After a few months, from our original booking, the B&B owner cancelled our last night. They were going on vacation, so we had to find something else. Catherine... More
