My family and I stayed at the Bayview Hotel for one night over the June Bank Holiday Weekend. Reception area could do with a bit of updating. Our room was small but clean. The view from our room was amazing. Kids bored due to lack of amenities. No games room and only pool table available to them. Bar food was...

Had lunch here last week on the terrace overlooking the harbour. Great location and fantastic staff. Even though the place was busy tgere was nonpressure on anyone to move along. Had the freshest fish ever. Would love to have stayed here. Ballycotton was buzzing.

We stopped at the Bayview for something to eat last Tuesday at 8.30. The staff were very friendly and informed us that we had 7 minutes before the kitchen closed. We ordered from an extensive and interesting bar menu. For starters we had butternut squash soup, it was bland. For main course we ordered pork belly, pan fried fresh cod...

I stayed here for one night recently & found the staff & locations to be the hotel's main stars. I was given a lovely room that was very clean & had a small balcony overlooking the water. It also had great blackout curtains for the early morning hours! The staff were efficient & courteous & I observed this in particular...

We stayed here over the Litfest at nearby Ballymaloe and had a wonderful time. The hotel is comfort arable, the staff very friendly and helpful and the views fantastic, especially if you manage to book the suite overlooking the harbour. What's more the food compared very well with much at the Litfest. Many thanks to all.

We are on a manor trip and this hotel doesn't really fit in from that perspective. But it it incredibly beautifully located. We were very lucky with the weather (dry and sunny) and enjoyed the views. In this season the kitchen closes at 20.00 which we think is too early and we decided to dine out. It is a kind...

I spent Easter weekend at the Bayview and it was the most relaxing and pleasant weekend I've had in a long time. Every member of staff greets you with a very warm smile and a welcome. Our room was overlooking the sea/harbour which was a joy, especially when the storm came in. Dinner in the restaurant was included in the...
