Detailed Reviews
My wife and I wanted to see the Eureka Gras parade in downtown Eureka Springs recently. We were looking for walking distance to downtown, free breakfast, wifi, and parking and we needed pet friendly. This hotel hit all the checkboxes.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.
First, due to our itinerary, we arrived around noon. I was not expecting to be allowed to check in so early, but I thought I would ask anyway, The ladies at the front desk were happy to accommodate Additionally, when I found out our room was on the 2nd floor, I asked if there were any 1st floor level rooms available so my wife didn't have to contend with the stairs. Again, they happily accommodated.
The room was a tad larger than I expected (for a relatively inexpensive hotel room). The room was very clean, there were no signs of wear and tear, and everything appeared to be in working order.
We did briefly use the Internet and it worked without incident.
The breakfast in the morning had a higher end feel than a standard buffet at other hotels due to the wait staff. The food was hot and fresh.
The walk from the hotel to downtown is about 10 minutes at a normal pace, with only a very small section (on the hotel property) not having a sidewalk.
We would definitely stay here again.

My Husband recently started a new job with a company out of Springdale, AR and since our Anniversary was a couple days before he was due at said job, we decided to spend a couple of nights in Eureka Springs. Being on a budget with a start of a new job, Osage Creek Lodge popped up in my filter search on my normal booking site. After looking at the pictures and reading some reviews, we decided to take a chance with this very budget friendly room.
We arrived to the Lodge, was quickly greeted by the Front Desk agent and was quickly on our way to the room assigned to us. We entered the room to find it cool from the a/c being on before our arrival. Whether it was left on by the last guests or the housekeepers turned it on before our arrival, either way it was nice that the room was not stuffy or hot upon our entering. The room was nicely decorated and no musty smells that usually come from these old hotels/motels. My only "complaints" (if you even want to call them that) was that the light switch inside the toilet room was really high compared to where you find the switches normally in a room, the pillows were a standard, small size pillow for a king size bed, I wish there would have been a Visitor's Guide to Eureka Springs with a map of the local attractions and restaurants available in the room (we had cell service but data service was spotty in Eureka Springs for us) and I never could get connected to the Free Wi-Fi that was offered by the lodge.
Facilities on property are well for the value. Pool was large but very cold water; I thought I read on a review that it was a heated pool but then again, that could have been for somewhere else, although not a bad idea for a pool of this size located outdoors in the Ozarks. The Hot Tub is located in a room connected to the pool area; large hot tub, no air ventilation in the room which makes staying in the tub for 15 minutes (suggested max time) really difficult when your face feels like it's on fire. Plenty of pool towels available to use but they are really small towels, so may want to pack your own pool/beach towel. There was no breakfast buffet available during our stay, something about they do not provide that anymore, but there was a standard continental breakfast provided: cold cereals, some fruit, bagels with cream cheese, coffee & juice. Again, for a budget traveler at the time, it hit the spot for breakfast that we did not have to pay out of pocket for, but if you are looking for eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, this is not the type of breakfast offered at the moment; Maybe that will change again in the future. Being from the Hospitality business myself, I understand probably better than most of their travelers why you have to make these changes during certain times of the year.
In closing, yes, I would stay at this lodge again. For the price/value, it hit every mark it should hit as 2/ 2.5 star rated motel.

King size bed, what a huge thing!! Enjoyed our stay tremendously! The towels were plentiful, soap, shampoo and coffee, coffee maker, sugar and cream. Couldn't ask for more. Room was clean, smelled clean, air conditioning worked great! I would suggest this Best Western to anyone.

During this age of covid, you would think that the staff would be extra careful about cleaning a room. However, we found a WET towel hanging up on the bathroom door and a wet bath mat folded over the side of the tub! Luckily, we had sanitizing spray and wipes and thoroughly wiped down the room. All we got from the front desk was "I'm sorry". No compensation, no nothing.

Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Eureka Springs! Outstanding rooms, check-in service, full breakfast, grounds and pool, etc. Very accommodating for pet owners, with reasonable pet deposit. Quiet rooms, our little dogs didn't even notice nor bark when other guests arrived to their rooms. :)

The location is fantastic and so is the breakfast with wonderful ladies as wait staff. Nice hot tub and pool. Our room, number 131 was very sub standard. There was a strong odor of funk, the toilet was loose from the floor, the seat was loosely attached,, the handles were falling off the faucets, literally fell off in your hands. The coffee maker took about 10 minutes to be usable again after making a cup. The pillows were hard and large, basically unusable.

We had a good experience in their restaurant for breakfast. The front desk was very helpful in providing towels and needed supplies. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The grounds were nice. We had a maple tree with fall colors across from our door.

We had a great time staying at the Best Western Eureka Inn. We were in the building that was not attached to the office. We had great neighbors that we had met at the Mustang Rally. The hotel was older but really clean and the AC worked perfect!
I'm not really hard to please but I do like a clean, cool place to sleep.
The breakfast you get is included in the room rate & tax; they have an eatery in the main building. All you could ask for breakfast, they had bacon, nice and crispy just the way I like it! Eggs, fruits cereal you name it they probably had it on the breakfast bar, Coffee and juices you are served just like a restaurant. Be sure to tip as it is so worth it!
I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western in Eureka Springs is a very short walk (5-10 min) from the historic district of Eureka Springs. I was there on business but able to sightsee for a while. The room was comfortable and the HVAC worked very well. The irons are tied to the wide end of the ironing board so that made things a bit difficult to iron but otherwise a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was also really good!

The hotel staff were amazing!! Wade Grassley and Jed Bullock went above and beyond to help me out of an issue with my room reservation.
I booked by calling a number I found for the local hotel, but it turned out it was a 3rd party vendor. I had no idea until I checked in and couldn't add my rewards number. The front desk gentleman told me because I booked thru Expedia he couldn't add the number. Up until then I though I had booked direct. So I contacted the number on my receipt and told them I wanted to cancel my reservation. I told them I felt scammed since everything said best western. They did cancel my reservation and I was able to then book directly with the hotel (though I was still charged a $14.99 booking fee). When I got back to the hotel to do that, the gentleman had already rebooked the room and had already added my rewards number. They went above and beyond to help me out.
The room was nice and comfy, the property was well maintained and again, the staff were amazing.

I do not recall a sauna, but best to check directly with the hotel.
Yes. It is stop #63 on the Yellow Route.
There are both, if you are facing the property the building on the left has doors on the outside and the building on the right has indoor doors. The building on the left is also closer to the pool.
Probably thats a smoking room!
