If you are looking for cookie cutter, do not stay here. This is a delightful, quirky, comfortable, cozy adventure. The patio out back was a lovely spot to sit and just be. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. It's an old hotel, yet a place to remember. Not a chain, run of the mill place. We... More

NO! NO! NO! NO to Pine Cone Cottage at Joy Lodging in Eureka Springs AR. When we arrived to check in the air conditioner did not work correctly, we like it fairly cool. Owner said she would give our money back…we went elsewhere…5 weeks later still no refund. She actually rented the cabin to someone else for 2 of the... More

In short, move on quickly.... want to read more, ok. You came across this place based on price. Well if it was only 10.00, that's ten dollars a night it would be too much, really. I secured 3 rooms for our riding group 3 months or more ago. Arrival went check in went well, but that is all...when you see... More

This cute, retro motel was built in the 1930's...the tiling at the bottom of the salt water pool says so. If you want a nostalgic motel to stay, similar to those retro Route 66 motels, stay here. The furnishings inside the rooms match the time period. Beware, the bathroom fixtures are dated to the time period. The motel was cute... More

It's hard to tell if any human being actually tends to this place. It is dirty, broken stuff and just plain awful. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY "GOOD" REVIEWS ! I wonder how they do any business at all after a party sees their room.

The owner was very nice on the phone, and the price, though $109/night, was less than other cottages in the area. We stayed in the Bluebird, and can only describe it as a camping cabin. There is a small mini fridge, window style a/c unit, coffee maker, TV, and a microwave. The entire unit smells of must and mildew, and... More

The motel has so much potential to be a great boutique motel but falls way short of the online description. My husband and I stayed there for the weekend and originally asked for an upper corner room. Apparently, the one we were given had not been remodeled or cleaned in a very long time. Dead spiders, stained sheets and carpet... More

I am sure this was a very nice hotel in 1950. HOWEVER, I don't think they have done a bit of maintenance in the past 20 years. My wife and I stayed at this location almost 16 years ago before our kids were born. We came back to the area and we were going to do visit many of the... More

I didn't read the previous reviews and I should have. They are very accurate. When I booked, the person on the phone was super nice and I thought this would be a neat place---wrong! We were paying 120 a night and a pet fee...Where to start, the cottage smelled like mold. There was one heater that was on in the... More
