Detailed Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Sherwood Court. We stayed in cottage #3 and it felt like our own little oasis. It is apparent the owners, Patrick and Stacey, have put so much thought and effort into curating the furnishings and amenities in the cottage. From the plush linens, towels and robes, the comfortable bed to the bath salts for the jetted tub, it was perfect. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator with a separate top freezer door. They also have real plates, bowls and silverware for guests in the room. This was a big plus for us as we ate a few meals in our cottage. I can't think of anything more we could have wanted, but if you do, Patrick and Stacey would do their best to accommodate you. The location was perfect for us as well. It was nice to come back to a quiet, relaxing space after spending the day out in the hustle and bustle of a tourist town. If you choose to stay at Sherwood Court you will not be disappointed!

Sherwood Court turned out to be a great choice for our trip with our two small dogs. Staying in a cottage was perfect to prevent them from bothering other travelers. The neighborhood is a quiet area to walk the dogs. We saw deer. Bars and restaurants are just down the main road. The cottage was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the large tv from the comfy sofa and using the electric fireplace. Patrick the owner was very attentive to our needs and we enjoyed talking with him. Hope to return here again.

What a great find in Eureka Springs. We road in on our motorcycles and stayed in cabin #7. It was just perfect for a couple and the parking right outside the door made us feel better about leaving our bikes outside.
The bed was super comfy and the towels fluffy and smelled awesome!
The room had a Keurig machine with a nice choice of pods, plus creamer in the included fridge/freezer combo. There was also a small microwave available and a nice, big TV.
Patrick and Stacey were so welcoming. We will definitely book again the next time we plan a trip to Arkansas.

When checking in the Owner was very sweet. He gave us a tour of our room and explained all the hidden gems as well as a tour of the place. He gave us a tip on the best way to get around to down town. Throughout the stay if we were outside he would check on us, have conversation, and make sure we were enjoying our time. We booked a dog friendly room and they set out a dog blanket, towels, a water bowl, and even a squeaky toy for our pup. There is lots of grassy area for dogs to run around or use the bathroom. The place it’s self if sooo cute. We stayed in #10 which has a green Caribbean theme to it. All of the cottages/ rooms were themed too and decorated on the outside. There is so many different ares to hang out outside with beautiful scenery. The location is perfect. It’s not in downtown so it’s quiet and intimate but still close enough you can walk down there.

We love staying at Sherwood Court! The hosts are so nice and friendly. They go the extra mile for their guests. The linens are high quality, the towels are soft and fluffy and the cottages are very clean. They provide drinking glasses, plates and silverware for eating in the cottage. We use these every time. My husband loves the coffee and I am happy to have an afghan to use. So thoughtful. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave,
USB charging, clock radio, lots of lamps, a couch and a big TV with cable. Plus, outside you will find lots of places to sit and relax with cushions available. Pets are even welcome. I can't wait to go back!!

We like to seek out unique (retro, themed, nostalgic, etc) lodging on our trips, and this was one of our best choices. The balance between the old charm and the new amenities was perfect and the decor was beautiful, especially if you love the color turquoise-and I do! The effort made to welcome guests is amazing, from the fridge already being cold to the water waiting in the dog bowl to the personal tour of room features. And the room was immaculate. I recommend Sherwood Court to all Eureka Springs visitors. Loved it!

I enjoyed a very comfortable three-night stay in one of the single rooms. The decor was really cute and the room was set up very conveniently with a small desk, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, and outlets just where they were needed. This weekend trip was a rare getaway, so I had considered splurging for a stay at one of the big historic hotels, but I can't imagine I would have had a better stay than I did at Sherwood Court (for much less money). I emailed ahead of time to ask about restaurants in the area with outdoor seating, and the owners responded very quickly with a helpful list.
As for the trolley stop, note that the stop at Sherwood Court is only served by the purple line (which doesn't go downtown). To go downtown or to otherwise have access to the other trolley lines, I ended up preferring to drive the short distance to the transit center and pay to park ($3 if you've bought a trolley pass). You could also walk to the transit center or to the first stop served by the red (downtown) line, but the shoulders of the highway are very narrow, so it's not a super relaxing walk!

This is a delightful place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was very clean, The decor is unique, very tasteful and creates a comfortable and cozy environment. The innkeepers, Patrick and Stacey went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Sherwood Court has a trolley stop alleviating the need to hassle with downtown parking and traffic. This will be the place I will stay on my next Eureka Springs adventure!

Our Sherwood Court stay was great! Very clean, quiet, and lots of effort has been made to make sure guests are made comfortable. The innkeeper came to the room to show us everything we needed to know for our stay and was very responsive to questions during the stay. I would highly recommend Sherwood Court to friends and would stay again!

Where to start? I LOVE this place. It is so quaint and cute. I'm actually sitting on my bed, waiting for my boys to get packed up and thought I would write now (or never!)
We stayed mid week, so there weren't many people around, even in town. But that's the way I like it. We were greeted by the owner who took us on a tour of the property. He invited to to cook out on the community porch (which the boys took advantage of). I liked the peaceful, wooded hollow behind the cottages best. I sat out there on the swing enjoying my coffee early in the morning, listening to the chirping crickets give way to morning birdsong. Then in the evenings, I sat there and watched the lightning bugs come to life.
This morning, I actually walked the property again...choosing the location for my next stay. We chose the rooms this time, but I think I'll try one of the cottages next time.
We are right on the purple trolley route and that was convenient.
The only downside that I can find was an occasional whiff of dog smell in my room. To be honest, I am very sensitive to smells and I am allergic to dogs. I didn't have any problems though, other than that occasional whiff. AND, I see on the website this morning that you can actually request an animal free room. I didn't notice that before and will definitely take advantage next time.
Bed was comfortable. Room was spic and span. I will definitely be back.

Thank you Tammy, we enjoyed having you and your family stay with us. Glad you enjoyed the property. We do a super clean after every dog stay, but inevitably, someone very sensitive to it might have the problem you had. Yes, we have several rooms and cottages that never have any dogs in them and hope you can book that for your next visit!
