We were hoping for a new experience and this botique hotel and Eureka Springs provided it. Moved back in time in an 1800's building with a very well done and updated facility. Large room and antique furniture (if you have never seen real wood craftsman ship stay here). Huge bath with monster jacuzi tub. High ceilings like really old houses.... More

From the minute you walk through the door, you take a step back in time. The grand staircase, greets you. Just gorgeous! Staff are helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. Due to limited parking, the staff greet you to take your bags and then park your car. They will also retrieve your car when you are... More

Keith Johnston went out of his way to make sure my birthday was extra special! This is by far our favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs! Keith and his staff are always so welcoming, it's like coming to our second home! Excellent customer service and accommodations!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I don't know that you can find a friendly or place. However Eureka is one of the friendliest places I've ever been to. I highly recommend staying here. The building itself has so much character. I am in love with the gas lights in the front. Kind of odd but I really want to... More

Beautiful hotel. Right in the historic downtown area of Eureka Springs. Our room was very nice but the bathroom, the tub in particular was amazing! You could fit four adults into it easily!! Loved the staff and the town is just charming(: we will definitely go back

The location is perfect for getting everywhere around town and the valet parks your car for you which is very helpful given how difficult driving can be! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and is happy to give you recommendations or call you a cab. This is our first stay here but we would definitely do it again!

I was very late checking in to my room, but both Lee and Jay were so kind and accommodating. There is no elevator, but Lee was gracious enough to take my bags up to my room. In the morning Keith was more than happy to take them down for me. They will even park and retrieve your car for you... More

Very cool environment as this place is very old but had been kept classy. It was extremely hot when we visited but the AC units in the rooms seemed to be keeping up. Front desk staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our room had a king size bed with a double jacuzzi. Bed was really comfy and the jacuzzi was... More

I loved the hotel.....but if you don't like lugging your things up big flights of stairs, it's not for you. There is no elevator. Its in a great location and very clean. There are no rooms on the first floor so you will at least have to climb 1 flight of stairs. Parking is down the hill in the back... More
