Detailed Reviews
Due to 2020 and Hurricane Delta our Cancun Beach trip suddenly turned into an Ozark Mountain Adventure. I was lucky to get a four night reservation at the Treehouse Village. We arrived as directed and Jim (the caretaker) directed us to the Treehouses. We stayed in number 5. The location was great: an easy walk to the historic shopping area. Our room was lovely and so clean. We spend hours on our porch watching the white squirrels that make the Village home. There was traffic on the street during the day but it gets really quiet at night so no issues sleeping. The cable tv options were good and the internet worked well. My husband says we are definitely staying here again and I agree.

Thank you for your review. You explained your situation before you selected my property. I worried about how we could make up for a hurricane in Cancun. I guess you found some Eureka magic. Come see us again soon.

My wife and I decided to get away for a romantic weekend in Eureka Springs at the last minute, so most of the best places were booked. After doing a lot of research, we found a new property with vacancy, the All Seasons Treehouse Village, so we booked it and it turned out very well.
They consist of six different cabins built on the side of a hill at the corner of North Main and Magnetic Drive. According the owner, they were built in October 2010, but were only open for about a week then, and just reopened in March 2011, so they are brand new. We stayed in Treehouse #1, which is the largest of the six. It has one king bedroom, another room with a queen sleeper sofa, an entry way, and a bathroom. It also has a front porch with a swing, and a back porch with a nice sitting area. The cabins are small, but we never felt cramped.
The decor was very modern. We typically avoid the flowery bed and breakfasts and overly rustic cabins, so it was perfect for us. The king bed had a pillow top and slept well. The amenities included two large flat screen TVs, a mini fridge, and a microwave. There isn't a breakfast place close by, so we brought our own pastries and drinks and took full advantage of the amenities. Breakfast on the back porch was very serene.
The location was great. It was a flat walk of about 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs, and there is a sidewalk with many art galleries along the way. There is a trolley stop close by if you are not inclined to walk. There is ample parking at the village by local standards, so we just left our car there and took advantage of the beautiful spring weather.
We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return!

We just spent a wonderful weekend in one of these treehouses. It was very clean, quiet and wonderful place to spend a nice, relaxing time. You feel like you are in the woods, in complete luxury. The porch swing, the deck on the back, the jacuzzi tub(that was spotless), the coffee bar,the bed that was so comfortable, and the beautiful scenery are just a few of my favorite things. This was our first trip to the area and LYNNE was the best hostess ever, she gave us great directions and advice and made sure that we had everything that we needed. This is the place that you don't want to miss. It is alot more beautiful than the pictures show and the best for folks that are clean freaks, like me. Thanks again to Lynne.

This unique town is worth seeing. We selected this hotel location since the village is very crowded. It was nice having a designated parking spot right in front of our rental. Yet, the street is busy as the side street bordering the property is a bypass for those avoiding Main Street. There is a trolley stop close by for getting into town.
We rented unit #6 and it wasn’t exactly what we expected. You walk into the unit to find the bathroom door directly in front of you. On either side of this door are the 2’x2’ high top table with two stools and one kitchen cabinet. To the left and right, just two steps away are the bedroom doors. Thus the entry is very tight!
There is an under the counter refrigerator with a tiny freezer. There is a toaster, microwave and coffee maker (Maxwell House coffee pods supplied/powder creamer and sweetener; or bring your own small basket filters and coffee). A few dishes and silverware are supplied. House keeping will clean them each day, as there are no cleaning supplies or kitchen sink.
The decor is cozy, but the beds were a disappointment. One mattress was extremely soft. Be ready to sink in. The other bed was more firm, made from two twin mattresses covered with king bedding. The pillows seemed old and not comfortable. There was an adequate supply of bedding.
The Internet worked, but not on the TV. They admitted that they were struggling with it.
The front porch offers a two person swing, cute, but not comfortable after 15 minutes.
Check in was confusing. We received an email about finding someone on sight and if not, use their courtesy phone which didn’t work. Instead we had to call All Season’s main number twice. We learned that our first call rolled into an answering service that did nothing to help us. With the second call (after waiting 20 minutes for a result) we were given the code to the lock box on the door. Really? They couldn’t email that code and edit their old instructions?

As a frequent visitor to your property The Tree House Village over several years, I feel compelled to write you about an incident that occurred with Pat the lady that met me at the property. Upon arrival Pat failed to greet us in a friendly matter and displayed very inhospitable behavior while showing the cottage. Being thick skinned this did not bother me as I loved the cottages and had stayed there with my friends half a dozen times before with no problems. However this made my friend a little uncomfortable about staying there. After showing the cottage Pat locked the door and drove off without saying a single word. We would have rented the cottage if this had not happened. Perplexed by Pat’s inhospitable behavior we got back in car and begin searching for a new place to stay. We may have sat in the car for about 10 minutes and was about to drive off when Pat drives back up and approaches our car. I thought she may have come back to see if we wanted the cottage, instead she immediately displayed very hostile behavior towards and me and accused me of peeping in cottage windows of the other visitors there and creeping around the property. I assure you we have never let the car since Pat had left before. Pat threatened to call the cops and order me to immediately leave the property. A polite could you please leave would have been the correct way to handle this rather than all this threatening behavior Pat displayed. As a business owner myself I know a customer friend attitude is key, Pat defiantly fail to represent your business in a friendly manner that would entice customers to rent there. I don’t really know if you will doing anything with this information but I know you have spent a lot of money and time building a beautiful property there so I felt compelled to write.

Response from Allsap, Owner at Allseasons Treehouse Village
Responded 11 Jul 2015
Our first priority is the security and privacy of our guests. The gentleman appeared in the treehouse parking lot and was asked by the owner if he was checking in, he replied "no." The owner left. About 30 minutes later we received a call from a guest that they were concerned that a man was in the parking lot in his car and that he had looked in windows and was taking notes. The owner returned and asked the man to leave, he refused. The owner said he was disturbing guests and when the man did not leave, she threatened to call the police. Again our priority is the security and privacy of the guest.

We called last minute on a holiday weekend to ask about cabin availability. Pat answered the phone and informed us there was one cabin available and she would hold it for us until we got to town! After a 2 hour drive we arrived and Pat was there to greet us. She was friendly, personable, charming and a great example of the kind of people you will meet in Eureka Springs. We couldn't have been happier with the service!
We originally saw the cabins on our last trip to Eureka and were impressed with the curb appeal. The cabins are painted bright happy colors, are located on the side of a landscaped cliff, and there are hammocks and picnic tables scattered about the shaded grounds. They are located across from a park and a minute walk from the train station. It would be about a 20 minute walk (flat) to downtown or a 5 minute drive. There is off street parking for one car for each cabin. Each cabin has a covered deck with patio seating and a " covered porch" under the cabin with patio seats, and some even have hammocks! It rained while we were there and the covered seating areas were nice!
The inside of cabin 5 was way more romantic than we expected! The king size bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on outside of our home! There was an apartment sized fridge, microwave, 42" flat screen, basic kitchen items like cups, plates, utensils, a remote controlled electric fireplace, bathrobes, plush towels, the ceiling fan was remote controlled, the jacuzzi tub for one was nice and Honey shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were also provided in the bathroom! We were very pleased! The only thing we wish we could change would be the length of our vacation time! We will certainly be back!

Amenities were nice and most of the staff was friendly but the owner, Pat, was very rude and abrasive. For the price I'll stay somewhere else next time. Also for those not familiar with the area the tree houses aren't as close to down town as it would appear because of the elevation of the area.

My husband and I stayed in #1. It was very quaint with 2 porches, 1 in front and 1 in back. The front had a nice swing to sit and watch the cars go by. The bedroom had 2 windows. We were lucky the weekend we were there and it was cool enough to open both windows for a great breeze at night time. We were also able to hear to water running in the brook in front of the house. Made for a real nice sleeping sound! The tub was deep with jets, but not big enough for 2. We managed. We had a living room area that we didn't even use, very small kitchen area with microwave, tiny fridge, small table - 2 chairs...which was all fine. It would have been nice to have an ice machine or some way to get ice on the complex. The only thing I did not like was the bed. It was a king size bed that just engulfed you when you laid in it. The mattress is so soft and deep that at one point just my legs from the knees down and my head was out of the crevice I was stuck in! It seemed that the mattress was never flipped or rotated as there were 2 very deep indentions of where bodies would lie. I kept thinking of a Lucy Ball movie with Ethel trying to tie Fred into a bed! it was ok until the 3rd night and I ended up sleeping on the couch. With my back hurting, it made for a long trip home. All in all--we did enjoy our trip!

We went for our 6 year Anniversary to visit the Thorncrown Chapel where we were married. We were allowed to bring our 4 year old and opted for the cabin with the extra sitting room. It was perfectly clean and new. The bed was a little soft, but was still comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and made sure that the roses my husband ended up in the right place as he had them sent to the Inn. We were even given the discounted rate without having to ask. Very nice place and close to everything!

We decided on a first time trip to Eureka Springs in June. We had reservations at a bed and breakfast that fell through when we got there. We had passed by the treehouses several times while looking for the bed and breakfast and decided to check them out. We were very pleasantly surprised to find out they were only $10 more a night than the bed and breakfast we had reservations at. The owner was very pleasant and helpful with our surprise circumstance. We stayed in #3 and it was wonderful. We loved the newness and the modern decor. It was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We definitely recommend anyone stay there. A great place to stay!!!
