We are return customers and have literally never had a complaint about our stay. The rooms are always very clean when we arrive and does not feel like just another room. We will always be back!! Thank you to the owners for making our stay comfortable.

One of the best motels I have ever stayed in. Room was very clean and modern. Robert the owner was the best. There was a large group of us and he did everything possible to make sure that our experience staying there was fun and enjoyable.

The Lodge was very clean and well situated. The ower was helpful, friendly and informative. He offered a continental breakfast which was satisfying. His hot tub was great after a day of sightseeing. We happend to stay the night before the Corvette Club Weekend, so were greeted by 800 corvettes and their owners. It was quite entertaining.

The Lodge was just as I expe cted and more. As others have mentioned Robert is great and can answer any question it seems. We literally picked out ES and the Lodge from the internet at home in UK and great choice it was. Only one complaint was that another guest smoked cigars on the balcony which obviously drifted into the...

This Lodge is really nice. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the décor was adorable. But most of all, the innkeeper Robert was very nice. We were on our motorcycle and planning to take day rides around the area each day we were there. Robert and my husband talked at length about routes to take. We...

After working a day and driving 4 1/2 hours plagued with mechanical issues, we arrived late and the owner was there to check us in and help me back a trailer in. He even helped me load both of my motorcycles back on to my trailer before we left. Fast friendly service with CLEAN and rustic cabin decorated rooms. Their...

Clean & friendly - will definitely stay here again ! Was here for Bikes, Blues & BBQ so met others on bikes. Like the hard wood floors instead of carpet :) Didn't use the hottub but that area looked very nice !

What a wonderful place to stay! We stayed at the Lookout Lodge for a long weekend, mid-September. I had read good reviews, but was still a bit nervous, as I had never been to Eureka Springs before. Robert, the Innkeeper, was very welcoming. Right away he gave us two maps of the area, one with the places he recommended for...

We usually stay in chain hotels when traveling, but they aren't available in Eureka Springs. After checking reviews on Trip Advisor, we chose the Lookout Lodge and were glad we did. We liked the log cabin type feel of the place and the personal touch in e-mails and the great tips Robert offered when we checked in. He advertises that...
