Detailed Reviews
We recently stayed at Angel at Rose Hall B&B during our visit to Eureka Springs. We can't say enough great things about it. Our very large room had a covered balcony and large windows. It felt like you were in a tree house overlooking the trees and hills. Every detail was thought about and included so many small touches from the freshly prepared cookies delivered to your room each night to the ultra soft sheets and towels. The hosts are wonderful, very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was exceptional and could fill up a whole review in itself. The B&B is located in a perfect location to be able to walk to everything in downtown Eureka Springs. We would highly recommend Angel at Rose Hall and hope that we will have a chance to stay again in the future.

My husband has never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and was not thrilled that I booked one. He likes his privacy, lol. This B and B surprised us in every way!
1. Complete privacy if you want. There is an actual entrance to the rooms where you put in your individual code (the main house is street level, the rooms are second level), there is a refrigerator, water , sodas, coffee, tea and snacks on the rooms level. Very convenient! There is also a fridge in the rooms for your individual items. Come and go as you wish and complete privacy.
2. Rooms are huge! The best sheets, and I am PICKY on sheets.... I actually asked the owners and they gave me the name. I could have bought them online but they would have been more $, so they sold me a brand new set right there:) Can't say enough about the comfort of our room. We did not even know anyone else was in the house, it was so quiet. We did use our sound fan app on our blue tooth speaker at night which we do everywhere, even at home. Although, we didn't need it here as we do on most vacations. We also got to check out the other rooms after guests had left and they were all just as good. You can't go wrong!
3. The Owners are so nice and welcoming. My husband was not sure about going down for breakfast (privacy, vacation, etc.) It actually turned out to be a favorite part of our days there. The workmanship, presentation and conversation was just perfect. The food was 5*! They were so welcoming while not being overbearing in any way. You just do you, talk if you want or read if you want.
I can't recommend this place enough. We are fortunate to travel every few months- usually out of the US so I search hotel reviews constantly! I have rarely left a review as most places are good but not great....This place is great, there is not 1 thing they could improve. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home!

We have stayed at several B&Bs in Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, and the Angel at Rose Hall has all our previous experiences beat!
Darrell and Susan were welcoming and friendly when we arrived in the evening. We felt right at home in the mansion, which contains beautiful woodwork and period furniture. Our room was very spacious and even contained extra bedding if we needed it. The jacuzzi tub was very large and the separate shower had two shower heads. We also loved the sink which had been retrofitted into a vintage vanity.
The next morning was beautiful, and we enjoyed some Keurig coffee and hot tea while sitting on our room’s private balcony. The road behind the home faces some trees, and we enjoyed hearing the birds and seeing some wildlife, including deer on our last morning. Our hosts also had coffee on each morning at 7 AM downstairs and were delightful to get to know as we dined on a delicious breakfast. We were very impressed with the recipes and the variety of the menu each day!
For those traveling into Eureka Springs to shop or visit attractions, trolley stop #75 is located directly in front of the home. You will need to call the dispatch office to request a pick-up, and you are able to buy tickets on the trolley. This was so much more convenient than having to find parking downtown.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Angel at Rose Hall. We have been fervently recommending the establishment to our family and friends since we’ve arrived home and cannot wait to travel back to Eureka Springs for another stay.

We travelled to Eureka Springs to view the eclipse of the sun and stayed at The Angel at Rose Hall from Friday April 5 through Tuesday April 9. On arrival we were greeted by our hosts, Susan and Darrell Morgan. Shortly after arrival we were treated with a bottle of excellent wine, given a tour of the premises, and provided with information about dining and tourist attractions. We were immediately impressed by the size of our room, which was much larger than previous B&B's we have stayed at before. The bed was a very comfortable king with a pillow top that was welcome after our long drive from Alabama. We enjoyed breakfasts consisting of Susan's special recipe of baked oatmeal, excellent bacon, breakfast burritos, and excellent coffee, to name just a few items. Darrell and Susan were consistently looking for ways to be helpful, and quick to respond graciously with a few special requests. We really appreciated the flexibility of extended breakfast hours. On the day of the eclipse Susan made special arrangements for viewing from the courtyard. All in all, this was one of the best trips we have had. The facility was top rate and well cared for and the hosts were gracious and really seemed to care that we would have a restful and rejuvenating stay. We recommend The Angel at Rose Hall highly. You won't be disappointed!

An amazing experience. Darrel and Susan are wonderful hosts. The room was very accommodating and the balcony was extremely nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. It was easy to locate and there was parking in back of the B&B. We highly recommend The Angel.

Angel Rose was once an enormous private home built in a time when a level of craftsmanship and quality materials were more obtainable. The house’s condition has been preserved or restored beautifully and furnished throughout with antiques. This is not an establishment appropriate for children or anyone who treats things roughly.
Mansions of the past, even Hearst’s San Simeon, had tiny bathrooms. Here, they are relatively large and up to date. That much has been conceded to modernity. Somewhat incongruous was a very large Jacuzzi-type tub in our room. That is hardly a criticism, people seem to love them in pop music videos.
How the spotless, dust free state of such a large home is maintained is a mystery. One wonders if elves or Oompa Loompa appear in the middle of the night. If so, they also turn down the sheets and deliver bedside sweets when no one is looking.
The proprietors are a friendly, engaging couple who have created a sort of miniature luxury hotel. When was the last time you encountered anyone with that sort of aspiration? They clearly delight in providing the amenities intrinsic to such a stay.
Don’t oversleep, you’d miss out on something very special. The lady of the house creates epicurean breakfasts which the gentleman serves to white tablecloths and fresh flowers. As in French restaurants, the dishes are presented with an accounting of their exotic ingredients. Expect each morning to be unique from the previous. On the second morning, don’t be surprised to learn that they’ve memorized how you take your coffee.
The Angel Rose’s handicap is that it is in Eureka Springs. The town struggles to be worthy of the Angel Rose. The draw is harmonic convergence in a tie dyed tee or having your aura read by someone named Wheat. Better to come for one of the weekend jamborees for something to do. A Volkswagen owners parade, for example, occurred just as we were leaving. Perhaps best would be to reserve the Angel Rose as a romantic getaway.

From the moment we arrived, it was an incredible experience. Susan met us at the back door after we pulled in to park. She showed us around the beautiful B&B and walked us to our room. It was a beautiful space with a king sized bed, jetted tub big enough for two and spacious en suite bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets are worth buying for ourselves. The rooms did not hear noise from the other guests and the balcony was a great place to have my first cup of coffee listening to the birds wake up.
Susan stated that she and her husband, Darrell, would bring a dessert at 7:00 pm. If we aren't there, they will leave it covered on a tray outside our door. The first night it was Kentucky Derby pie that was INCREDIBLE. We were in our room and ate it warm right out of the oven. Our second night was a Boston Cream Pie which was also wonderful. We skipped dessert at the restaurant knowing that we had something waiting for us back at the Angel.
Breakfast: Oh my goodness. So good. I was able to come down and get a cup of coffee while they were preparing breakfast. Then at 8:00, we enjoyed a wonderful meal that included fruit, bacon, waffles, quiche, coffee, and orange juice. It was wonderful.
The highlights were the owners, Susan and Darrell. They were incredible hosts that gave space when needed and conversation when wanted.
This is by far the best bed and breakfast experience that we have had. When we are in Eureka Springs, this will be the only place that we stay. It's a 10/10.

This beautiful Bed and Breakfast is run by Susan and Darrel Morgan who have sprinkled their love of God into all parts of this property. Each angel room is unique and contains a jacuzzi and gas fireplace as well as uniquely appointed rooms. My room, the Angel Rose, had a stunning balcony with unobstructed views of Christ of the Ozarks. The Angel is a beautiful treasure, hosted by wonderful proprietor owners whose attention to detail and generous spirit permeate each area of this bed and breakfast. The breakfast are virtually made to order and infused with Susan’s love. Whenever I am in the area, this is where I will stay.
Truly wonderful experience and clearly core to their ministry as a Christian couple.

My wife and I stayed for three nights. The breakfast was excellent and unique each morning. The inside of the building gives the feel of the Victorian era with a beautiful staircase leading up to the second floor. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and good air conditioning and heating. The room was lacking on illumination in the entry way which seemed to give the room a bit of a dark corner and hard to see into the armoire. The parking is very generous but if you are coming in the winter be sure to have a four wheel drive to get there. The steps from the parking are a bit steep. The upstairs has a common area where you can serve yourself soft drinks, water or brew yourself a cup of your favorite beverage.

I chose Angel at Rose Hall to celebrate our 15th anniversary and WOW, this place and the owners are amazing! The care they take to make everything perfect is quite remarkable…the breakfasts were served as two courses, the rooms are beautiful, and the strategically placed flowers you walk by here and there are real. Susan helped me make each day special with giving me tips to great eating places, and when we returned, special treats in our room. I ordered the beautiful and very tasty charcuterie board but the anniversary cake was a gift… we have a new home when we travel to Eureka Springs and the room is already picked out 😉

Yes after bearing witness to their day & evening long event that they had payed for only a 2 hours ceremony, this couple brought approx 25-30 people into their bedroom to change clothes after dinner, approx 8:45 to 10pm threatening the innkeepers. There is no validity and all hate to their response. Also when does TripAdvisor allow you to post a (Horrible) rating with NO name, email address? Tripadvisor should be sued.
