Detailed Reviews
With our scheduled travel plans disrupted due to Covid-19, my girlfriend and I decided to take a motorcycle ride down into Arkansas, This was our first time in Eureka Springs and as is our usual we chose the Trails Inn Hotel from traveler reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. From making our reservation to checkout everything was perfect. We were allowed to check in early and were given a much appreciated rundown on things to do and places to eat. The room was simple, very comfortable, and despite being located just off the highway, noise was not a problem. The owner kept a bucket of bike wipe down cloths outside each room which was much appreciated after a day of riding. The shaded pool and deck area were perfect for socializing. Access, especially for motorcycles is great with the local Harley Davidson store just down the street. I will be a return visitor and would highly recommend.

I am not easily impressed but I was really surprised by how wonderful this little Inn was. The innkeeper was incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are simple but fresh and very clean-no crusty baseboards, beat up tiles, worn grout etc which I have experienced in lower priced hotels in the past (and often at twice the price as this gem). The beds were comfortable and while the pillows were relatively flat, the sleep was great. I can't believe the quality of this Inn for the price we paid. Certainly the best bargain I have ever had from a hotel. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in Eureka Springs.

We recently stayed 2 nights and had an excellent experience. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the owner and taken to 2 different rooms so we could choose the front or the back of the motel. The back rooms have a beautiful view of the trees, but we chose a front room so we wouldn't have to climb the steps with our luggage.
We had a pickup pulling a motorcycle trailer and the owner showed us where we could park right next to the building or we also had the option to park across the street in the parking lot of the closed Pine Mountain Theatre.
There is a pool that is situated on the back of the property that also had a beautiful view of the trees and it looked well maintained. There is a cozy deck where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings.
The motel is in an excellent location with a trolley stop right next to the property.
We will definitely stay here again.

The owners are what make this place so special. The room was simple & functional, with a GREAT bed & a GREAT shower! The breakfast is "grab-&-go" so I ate muffins & yogurt on the attached deck. The pool is big & nicely located just downhill from the back of the building. My room faced the street, & had a nice porch/balcony area just perfect for that last beer of the day. The owners knew me by name & spoke each time I saw them, & no matter what time of day I came or left, they were on premise, available, & friendly. The hotel location is convenient, right on Highway 62, but not deep in the bustle of the high-traffic downtown area. I walked to the liquor store & some shops nearby. Altogether a wonderful stay. If I ever return to the area, I will most certainly stay here, & if the place sells before I return, I hope the owners teach their successors their special way of making their guests feel like family.

We really liked staying here! The people who operate this hotel put their hearts into it, and that feeling is communicated to you. You can see it in many things, including the cleanliness and homey touches, and you can feel it in the caring and hospitality. The rooms are simple but have all you need—it’s a classic Route 66 travel era vibe with a Eureka Springs twist, which I really liked. If you are a snobby 5-star resort person, go stay elsewhere, but if you appreciate warmth and authenticity, this is your spot. We enjoyed the greenery behind the building (elegant tall pines), and the tables on the little deck/patio. Location is convenient. Hope to visit again!

Hotel is located East end of town on the left, close to restaurants. The owners, Arianne and Silvio, were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat. Since this was during the early reopening of AR due to COVID-19, they were very clear to tell you what they knew was open, but things were changing and alway suggested you call to confirm. Tickets easy to purchase from them for the Great Passion Play (suggested you take a jacket as it turns cooler at night). Really enjoyed visting with them as they were very gregarious and fun loving. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, since we were on the pool side. Loved it!!! Easy access to lots of trails, scenic drives - beautiful place!

Have been coming here for years on motorcycle trips to Eureka Springs, under the old management, place was always spotless, friendly, great location and flat, convenient parking. Under the new management, it has only gotten better. Rooms have been modernized, internet and tv systems are better. Located within walking of several good restaurants and breakfast places, could not be more accomodating. Great patio and swimming pool, just a very nice, bike friendly place to base in the area.Reasonable prices, clean, east access, this place is a winner. Recommend highly, a basic motel done really well.

New owners Chuck and Kathy are terrific hosts fun couple who recommended great places to eat, provided extra pillows and amenities in the room and had ebikes for rent! Rooms are big, clean, updated without losing the Eureka Springs charm and included microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron and board with two chairs and a table outside each door. Pool, firepit, big patio with plenty of seating at tables with umbrellas. Back of the property faces woods with an upstairs room felt we were in the tree tops. Trolley stop in front brought us downtown quickly (and took us back to avoid the noise when sleeping). Had a good time with them highly advise people to stay here. We will be back!

We recently stayed here for a night just as the holiday season was getting started. I am picky about where we stay and spent lots of time looking at all the options in the area. I am so happy we ended up at the Trails Inn! From the friendly smile at check in, to the holiday card and bag of homemade candy in our room, you can really tell the owners and staff here appreciate their guests! Although this isn't the fanciest option in town, we were really pleased with the quality of the finishes in our room, considering the bargain price. Everything, from the carpet to the furniture, was in excellent condition and very clean. We also loved the location, close to downtown but also right next to several of our favorite restaurants on the highway. Finally, I liked that their online booking site lets you see and select the exact room you want. The rooms have different decor and features, so it was nice to see exactly what I was going to get! This is a great little place and an excellent value!

I stayed at the Trails Inn for a couple of weeks while my bathroom was being remodeled. I chose the inn initially because I could choose which room I wanted on their website and it seemed like a very nice, clean, and comfortable place. I extended because all that was true PLUS Chuck and Kathy were such a delight to work with and really made my stay easy and comfortable. I would recommend the Trails Inn to anyone overnighting in Eureka Springs, especially given their location next to several of the area's best restaurants (The Filling Station, Thai House, Cafe Amora, Sweet & Savory and more!).

I don't believe so, but the best way to know for sure is to contact the property directly.
There are two trolley that pass by the hotel, one across the street, one right in front, both going to the main center downtown, and the front desk runs an app that will tell you exactly where the trolleys are located and a good estimate of arrival time....very convenient, and multi day passes are also sold at the front desk, and route schedules and maps are also there
