Stayed one night after a hike from Chisopani. The hotel was clean and spacious. We had a lovely time wondering around the premise. There were plenty of outdoor viewing areas and the rooms were huge! Buffet were good too. Wish we had time to wonder around the little town.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The staff on reception were very unhelpful, no assistance with bags offered at check in or out. The room was dirty with stained sheets and unclean towels, the tapped dripped all night. The hot tub and pool was disgusting. Poor service at the bar and in the restaurant, worse place I've ever stayed, avoid at...

This is a beautiful hotel with the best views of the Himalayan mountains at sunrise. It is really worth the effort to get up before sunrise. The rooms are spacious well appointed and warm. The meals are excellent with a deliciouse Buffett breakfast and dinner. It is well well worth the effort to visit Narakot and stay at the Club...

Staff were excellent, all very polite and helpful. The young lady on reception was especially good and spoke excellent English. Room was okay and bed comfortable . Bit dusty and needs a bit of a refurb, mouldy shower curtain etc. But overall not much to complain about for the price. Corridors are very noisy and echoey making afternoon naps difficult!...

I had multiple food restrictions so I emailed the chef 2 weeks in advance informing him which food I could and could not have. The chef communicated back with me which foods he had available and that he would be able to work with me. When I arrived, the chef said that he was ready and willing to work within...

While trying to reach the hotel through the super bumpy and xtremely dusty roads, my impression and expectation of the resort was fading fast. However, things were different once we arrived. The resort had a distinct feel and the staff were courteous and professional. Staff took great lengths to ensure guests were comfortable. The view of the Himalayas is what...

This is a great hotel. Very cosy as well as clean, even luxurious. Nice, pleasant staff. We got a room with beautiful sunrise view. And it's really cold. So go prepared. Minus point is the road going up to the hotel. Really bad and dangerous.
