This was booked over the internet a day or so before our visit. The room was clean but small, and had most of the normal motel items (fridge microwave tv) but no safe. TV was not even plugged in, and even after this discovery, I could not get it to work. Wifi was free, but only worked reliably from the...

This motel is in the town of Williams, AZ, the gateway to the Grand Canyon. It was a no frill room but it was clean and had 2 things we really appreciated...comfortable beds and coffee in the room. Hotel staff was very friendly. The location was excellent. We stayed 2 days

Horrible experience! The owners were extremely rude when I asked them why they were charging me extra for two children that would be sleeping with me in a room that had two beds (no extra bedding needed). The rooms are small, outdated, and smelled. The heater in the room did not work and when we asked to be moved, they...

Not only was the hotel room tiny and lacking in comfort, but the night manager screwed our family out of 20 bucks on the nightly rate. We had just pulled in after driving for 14 hours and while my husband asked for the rate for a room for two adults and 3 kids he was told 89 dollars. Meanwhile, I...

Seeing this motel from the street brought back childhood memories of road trips with my family back in the 60s. The vacancy and open sign in the window called to me. I had no reservations and it was 7pm . I was greeted with a delicious smell of something cooking in the back and a friendly smile. The icing on...

No soap. No heat (in January!). Towels were clean but old, worn, small and mismatched. Furniture and carpets worn and dirty. Bed was decent and clean. Blankets thin and old. Bedspread had seen better and cleaner days. Check in guy was friendly but didn't seem interested. Not worth the $70 room price. There are lots of other options in Williams....

Very pleased I chose the Westerner. My experience over two nights was very good. Clean room, plenty of hot water, WIFI was good. Close to the Williams action and the Grand Canyon Train station. Avoid the café across the street very poor.

Dirty, worn, basic place. Evan the towels were torn. Luckily we stayed for only one night on the way from Vegas to Page. No matter of price, go somewhere else. The main street is very nice and lots of nice restaurants.

Stayed here for 3 days in the 3 queen beds family room. Traveling with the boyfriend and mother in law. Rooms are simple but decent. Could use a little better cleaning. A little stain here and there. Slept comfortable. In the midst of a great cosy town with lots of Route 66 details. Cannot recommend to eat across the street...

The bedding was crisp, the furniture new, the bathroom updated. However, the walls and doors were dirty--cleaned them with a washcloth. The floor turned your socks brown. There was no chain on the door, no way to prevent the adjoining room door from opening, and there was no fire alarm. The place where the fire alarm went was dangling wires....
