A lot of work needs to be done in that hotel. Checked in at 3:00pm asked for a ground floor I was told none available. I believe when your making a reservation you should be told when there are no ground floors available or e-mail the customer so they can make other arrangements.

loved the little town of Williams. There are lots of cute shops and places to eat. This was a nice hotel. We stayed on our way back from the Canyon. It was clean and newly renovated, had comfortable beds and the price per night was very agreeable

Very clean and well kept room. Close to many dining and entertainment options, and only an hour south of the Grand Canyon. It made for an ideal stop along our trip before heading north into Utah.

It is an old property and the wear and tear is apparent. There is a musty smell when you walk in, and everything is old. It could go for a great update! Other than that it was fine to stay. It was close to everything and you could walk for the most part. Staff was friendly.

We had a very nice room with a beautiful Italian shower. It was clean, the receptionists were nice. I would definitely recommend this place. If you are visiting the Grand Canyon, it is only a 45 minutes drive from this hotel!

The place is OK, the rooms are really large, but a bit of renovation wouldn't be a bad idea. Some painting and a new carpet should be put on the to do list. Overall it is pretty much what you expect for that price.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay before/after the Grand Canyon, this is it. Nothing fancy, but clean and well managed. Continental breakfast included, with Make-your-own Waffles!! A big hit with our family. (p.s. Bring your own toiletries.)

I traveled at 12/24 when the Winter Storm Europa damped more than 1 foot snow at that region. Multiple car crushes caused a complete road closure at Williams AZ (both I40EB and WB were closed for ~40 miles) from 3pm to 4am of next day (Yes, I have kept all DOT emergency broadcast/twitter to prove that Williams was impassable during...
