This place has been redone beautifully and is European clean. That is until you pull back the bedspreads. The sheets looked laundered but they had 3 distinct types of black hair all over them. The tape I use to get off cat hair when visiting those with cats would have really come in handy. Their laundry service needs to be...

This hotel has no elevator and we were upstairs - four long sets of steps. The room was clean and basic however the walls are very thin so at midnight we were kept awake by a party in the corridor and could hear conversations clearly through the walls. We heard a dog barking and even heard a cat miawing in...

The hotels of Flagstaff were full due to a sporting event, so on and on we drove to Williams. The hotels here were also pretty booked, but we managed to find a room here, outrageously priced at $110. We had the "suite", not sure why it is called that. It was more of a dance floor with 2 beds and...

Nothing fancy. It has that ugly boutique decor, but it has a very functional design. There are multiple outlets throughout the room to recharge devices and I just love the banquette for meals and tv watching. Williams is a lively town and fun to visit.

I've stayed in this location several occasions and so as the west location. It's reasonably comfortable, decent rooms clean and modern. Last time I stayed here was May 2014. I was traveling with my mother, an elder with limited mobility on a wheel chair. I specifically RSVP'd at this location because i know the rooms are on the ground floors....

This hotel is a nice hotel for the pass through traveler that wants to keep there costs down. But, sometimes it can get pricey. I called them and the cost was going to be over $100 dollars to book. I went on Travelocity and they got it for $73. I like Travelocity. The outside of the motel is modern and...

The town of Williams is the closest "city" that is South of the Grand Canyon besides Tusayan. Tusayan is always booked so if you're in a pinch Williams is the closest to the South Rim Grand Canyon than Flagstaff is a half hour from Williams. There is nothing fancy in Williams, just hotels/motels and a chain grocery store. OK so...

Our reservation through Expedia was mixed up. Chris at the front desk spoke on the phone with Expedia and sorted everything out. The room was very nice -- a pleasant surprise given some of the other reviews. We have stayed at several motels in Williams and this was the best. We will stay here again.

The building was run down and I found an ice bucket laying on the stairs as I entered the building. Hallway smelled musty. My room was hot as the a/c was not turned on ahead of time. I had booked this hotel a day in advance. Parking lot surface was uneven to say the least. I get it that this...

Our car broke down in Williams and I hurriedly made an online reservation. When I got there, the lady told me that I made the reservation for a week from now. We were almost completely broke and she found us a room for a really good deal because she genuinely cared about our well being. The stay was nice. Hard...
