At check-in, our paperwork was almost right and the lady at the front desk quickly sorted it out. Our assigned rooms had to be changed, but the change was disrupted at midpoint by a maintenance issue in another room. Again, the minor glitch was quickly and competently handled. Then we went to our rooms... Yes, this was the standard hotel/motel...

This place is just short of a dive. We checked in, went to our bare minimum room and there weren't any towels. Had to go back to the office. (We should have left then.) Carpet tacks sticking up in the horrible carpet. Tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. Awful bed. Thread bare towels. The room didn't even have...

Stayed for one night and that was more than enough. Rooms basic and reasonably clean, although there was a smell in one of them.. Staff not really interested in giving service. Breakfast was the worst I ever had in a motel.

First I would like to say that unfortunately there are a lot of bad reviews on this hotel so I was skeptical, but when I arrived and toured the room I was assigned I was pleasantly surprised. The beds are firm and the linens are outdated. BUT, it is an old hotel and yes it needs some touch ups here...

We knew it was not going to be the top spot of our Route 66 vacation, but it was the only thing we could find with availability for our needed date. From our 'greeting' in the office, when the clerk snatched away our first room key and said it was switched because "oh I forgot- that room isn't fit to...

the outside needed a lot of work but considering this was the only place open we wasn't picky, we walked into the room which smelled musty, The lock on the door was broke and the windows would not close without 1 person forcing it shut from the outside while someone forced the lock on the inside. the Air Conditioner was...

It is only here to support Grand Canyon NP visitors. The good thing is that it cuts 30 minutes from the drive up to the NP. Terrible "free" breakfast, rooms are somewhat dirty and well used; minimal cable TV which didn't work particularly well. Room did have a microwave and refrigerator which were useful. It really needs renovation. A hotel...

We stayed at the Mountain Side Inn in Williams Az for a weekend. We had a great time at Bearazonia and the Grand Canyon. The motel was awful. Upon checking in, we were slightly leary, because it appeared to be ran down. We stayed because no other places had vacancies for both nights we needed. The room was very outdated,...
