The beds are very worn to the point that I had to sleep curled up at the foot of the bed so that my head didn't slope downward to the headboard. The room had sticky stuff on the TV stand/dresser, but although it was rundown, the rest appeared clean. The breakfast was ok, but not really sanitary as everything was...

This is dirty. Nobody cares. Beds are bad. Rooms should be rebuilt completely. Breakfast is bad too. It's dirty too. They should be out of business. I feel bad paying more than 100 usd per night per room and support these people who ruin the travelers holidays... I hope somebody buy the location, fire them, destroy the hotel and rebuild...

Well I was suppose to get a family room which consisted of 2 queen beds and a twin. I got a room with a full bed and a bunk bed that had a twin and full on bottom. They looked like something you would buy at Walmart and they creaked everytime one of the people on it sleeping moved. The...

Terrible please don't stay here. Room smelt very dusty. Barely any tv channels. Staff was odd cleaning rooms at 10pm at night. Breakfast was horrible, dirty dishes everywhere milk was sitting out not kept cold. Restaurant was closed down obviously shut down for some time. Years ago was probably a nice place but not anymore.

Our trip is on the road, we have seen a lot of hotels and motels but believe me, no one like this. Yes it doesn't cost too much and it's 50 min from the Gran Canyon but the rooms are very very old and some stuffs are dirty. I think that the sheets in our bed have not been changed...

We had a room for $88 the night after visiting several extremely expensive motels in Williams. This motel has obviously seen better days and the overall impression was that of dilapidation. But, it had all we needed for the night (free wifi, a fridge, a microwave...) and breakfast was included even though not very appetizing. However, it seems an excellent...

I would NEVER go back to mountain side inn. The room was disgusting, the floor had never been vacuumed, there was a rotten apple under the bed, the bed had a caster missing from one leg making it lopsided, I found the caster the next day and refitted myself. The windows in the room were very hard to open, if...

We booked late as poor availability in Williams, and had prepaid, otherwise we would have left. There was rotten food and q-tips under the bed, sheets were yellow. Bunk beds were not screwed tight so creaked all night plus it's right at end of town away from everything. It wasn't cheap. Avoid, worst hotel we stayed in during 3 weeks...
