The motel was very reasonably priced and was clean. We had a nice stay at the hotel, and we also enjoyed a trip on the Grand Railway (a restored train). We had about 3 1/2 hours at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon before the train returned back to the Grand Railway Hotel. We rode first class on the...

The hotel is large. The rooms were spacious & provided a refrigerator, desk, & side chair. The beds were comfortable and the rooms appeared to have been recently updated. The walls however are thin. We were awakened by the couple next to us (enough said). Everything you could want is an easy walk away.

I booked the hotel, tour, dining and railroad package. Pure excellence! We had great food, comfortable lodging, beds could be a little better though. Rooms are nice and clean. I should have brought a little more cash with. You cannot add to your credit card tips for your prepaid meals. Williams is a quaint little town, nice spot.

Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. They have a buffet dinner that is hands down the best buffet I have ever eaten at. Pricey at $25 until you realize what all you are offered on the buffet and the quality of the good.

Our room was nice although the hotel is a maze. Limited elevators so lots of walking to rooms. The biggest disappointment was the lack of an internal door to pool and spa area. You had to go outside to get into those 2 places. That isn't probably a problem in the heat but it was early March and too cool...

This is a very clean hotel with terrific staff who are all very organized. We selected the package to stay two nights at the hotel, one at the Grand Canyon and four meals. The meals are buffet style but better than average for selection and quality. Definitely try the pasta bar - Geoff won't disappoint. The hotel pays a lot...

We purchased a train package into the Grand Canyon, which we loved. Many people have reviewed the Grand Canyon Railway hotel and cafe, which we found to be clean and comfortable, and the accompanying cafe meals hardy and plentiful. But, the reason for this review is to complement the entire staff of this Xanterra property. The staffers serve an unbelievable...

As a Grand Canoyon starting point the Railway Hotel is a perfect solution for accomodation. As a family of five we got a large and nice room. Hotel is easy to find and everything was sorted upon arrival. This hotel also is quite an attraction by it self with its railway/mountain/route 66/grand canoyon nostalgic apparence. I can reccomend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay for one night prior to our train ride to the south rim on the Grand Canyon Railway. We enjoyed the convenience of arriving a day early. We had dinner at Spencer's and it was pretty good. The food was good, the service was attentive and the prices were reasonable. Pizza was reported and very good, the...

The check in went well, the girl did what she had to do but there was no "feeling", we just felt like another thing she had to deal with. There was no smile, no welcome. The room was simple but very clean. The beds are comfy. The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. We did not use...
