Beautiful art is hung around the hotel, as well as a gorgeous fireplace in the front room! There is a pool, and fitness room. I wouldn't recommend the food at the hotel's dinner buffet, but the coffee seems good and there are plenty of opportunities to purchase gifts and souvenirs.

Did the package -2 night hotel stay/train & more family at RV park. Hotel has great rooms, nice lobby, & clean. Food in bar was delicious & inexpensive. Pool is pretty small for the amount of families staying.

This hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool which stayed open until 11pm. Railway buffet restaurant provided a good breakfast. Would stay here again if i was in the area

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with inclusive breakfast/dinner buffet and train ride to the grand canyon. The room was clean and a perfect size for a family of four. The staff - some were nice, friendly, and attentive and the others were so so. The breakfast and dinner buffet menu stayed the same while we were there. The...

Rooms were refurbished but small if you need a roll-away. A little pricey but a convenient location. We opted to walk into town which was just a short walk away for dinner and the old Rt 66. The parking was free but was always full so had to walk a little to & from the car.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We took the railroad to the Grand Canyon in the Pullman car. Our customer care attendant on the train Christina was excellent!!! She was helpful, funny, and extremely nice. The train goes to the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon and gives you a couple of hours to explore. The train ride back...

Nice hotel, bad service! It was nice to soak in a hot tub after long day of walking, then... you have to get up to reach for the body soap. Just saying... someone wasn't thinking when those dispensers were installed up high like that. Another thing, I requested a crib upon booking, I was told "the crib will be waiting...

Great experience , close to station . Recently remodeled with new mattresses. Cafe offers great buffet although the fare is very similar, would be nice to have a greater variety each day . Very Helpful staff. Overall you don't want to pass this up.

This is the perfect place for the first night (and a half) of two (and a half) night Grand Canyon excursion. We will be staying in the lodge in the park for the last night. The room is perfectly nice -- Keurig coffee maker -- plenty of outlets -- clean well laid out bathroom -- all the basics are covered....

Great choice for a family trip to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is an hour away from the GC so for a closer stay, Tusayan is much closer. However, the town is so charming and my kids got a kick out of the resemblance to the Cars movie. We didn't realize that the restaurants in the town would be so...
