Nice hotel at the railway station in Williams, AZ, hop on the train and enjoy the canyon. The drive to Grand Canyon is also easy from this hotel. Nice, clean rooms, gift shop, restaurant. Microwave and refrigerator. Easy access to Sedona and Red Rocks State Park, just 45 min away. Lots to do in Williams and great nearby restaurants. Pool...

Hotel was clean and relatively comfortable. Expensive for the type of lodging. The food was HORRIBLE. It is a great place to stay when taking the Grand Canyon Train. Go for the room without the food and enjoy the town restaurants a few steps away. Costco has much better food then they do.

We arrived here after a long drive from Phoenix airport. The Car park appeared to be full but we found a parking spot at the back of the hotel. Reception staff were welcoming and quickly found our booking and told us where to pick up all our tokens/tickets for the train journey breakfast and dinner. We were given the option...

The staff was very friendly and the lobby is very impressive. The rooms are small and dominated by the two double beds. Not much of a view but the room did have a microwave, mini-frig and coffee maker. The décor had an old west theme, a nice change from most hotels. The hotel is large. The pool and spa are...

I am a Travel Consultant specializing in Luxury All-Inclusive Resorts and this is a trip that I have always wanted to do. My husband and I booked the 2 night package April 24-26, 2017. We stayed in a Standard Room and rode in the Luxury Dome Car. I do have to say that the main clientele is families and retirees....

Beautiful art is hung around the hotel, as well as a gorgeous fireplace in the front room! There is a pool, and fitness room. I wouldn't recommend the food at the hotel's dinner buffet, but the coffee seems good and there are plenty of opportunities to purchase gifts and souvenirs.

Did the package -2 night hotel stay/train & more family at RV park. Hotel has great rooms, nice lobby, & clean. Food in bar was delicious & inexpensive. Pool is pretty small for the amount of families staying.

This hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool which stayed open until 11pm. Railway buffet restaurant provided a good breakfast. Would stay here again if i was in the area

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with inclusive breakfast/dinner buffet and train ride to the grand canyon. The room was clean and a perfect size for a family of four. The staff - some were nice, friendly, and attentive and the others were so so. The breakfast and dinner buffet menu stayed the same while we were there. The...

Rooms were refurbished but small if you need a roll-away. A little pricey but a convenient location. We opted to walk into town which was just a short walk away for dinner and the old Rt 66. The parking was free but was always full so had to walk a little to & from the car.
