We stayed here one night after being unable to book a night inside the park prior to our Grand Canyon excursion. The room was fine. Keurig coffee machines in the room. Breakfast was included. The staff in the breakfast area specifically needs to be recognized. They would bring pancakes to your table when they were ready. I've never seen service...

the staff in dining room and at desk could not be more friendly or accommodating. they even gave my husband a small bag of fruit and muffin since he was leaving for canyon home before breakfast service started. we were also there at the end of service when they made the rounds offering up end of food. .

Nice property, very helpful staff. They gave us maps and information on where to eat that were right on. Suite was nice. Quiet. Very convent to the shuttle bus ir a drive to the GC visitor center. Modest but not cheap cost.

We chose to stay in this hotel because of its proximity to Grand Canyon South Entrance. Hotel was pricey (of course..location..!) but had breakfast and was clean. The room was average in size (meaning, there was walking space between bed and furniture). Beds were comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast and service was very good. There is not much to do at...

Stayed 2 nights to visit the Grand Canyon. Convenient and close to the park. Hotel was very full, busy, hard to find parking but the convenience outweighs those issues. Breakfast was very crowded, hard to find a table, very chaotic. Internet connection is spotty.

About 10 minutes from the southern Park gate, the location is good. The hotel itself gave us mixed feelings --- staff very nice; breakfast good; Wi-Fi good; bed very comfortable. The building itself and the rooms could use a refresh. Bathroom was very small. Décor was dated. Parking limited. A few restaurants within walking distance. We only stayed one night;...

Two night family stay to visit the Grand Canyon. The staff are great - at the front desk and especially the ladies looking after breakfast in the morning. We had a family suite- a king sized room for my husband and I, a room with big bunk beds for our two children, plus a seating area, kitchenette and bathroom. On...

Pros: very clean, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was good. Cons: we had trouble finding a parking spot. Each time we left we had to literally wait for a spot when we returned. I think there was a team staying on a Sunday night. Kids running down the halls, doors slamming until 2 am. I didn't bother reporting it to...
