Wonderful location on small walking path. Lake view, beautiful grounds. Good local restaurants nearby. Room was simple. Free wifi. We did have hot water. Nice bathroom. The first night we stayed there were some party people very loud all night. Things were broken and crashing around. In the morning as soon as day shift arrived they were kicked out. We...

This hotel provides great view of the lake. The rooms and grounds are very well kept. It was at a walking-distance from the main places in San Pedro La Laguna. I was not able to use the wifi from room 11 because it was too far from the modem (I guess). The hand book they have in the rooms need...

The positives: clean, spacious grounds, garden setting , great views, friendly staff , reasonable prices, free Kayak use. The negatives:SLOW internet, very small pool, occasional bad smell. I would stay here again in a flash . Some of the best views anywhere . Not a party seen like some of the hostels but quiet and relaxing. Spent six days here.

We stayed here only one night during our visit to San Pedro la Laguna as sadly our budget wouldn't stretch further (although we wish we could have stayed longer!) The rooms were lovely and spacious, with incredible lake views - they were very clean with large ensuite bathrooms and the most comfortable bed in all of Central America! Matt, who...

Had a lovely 2 night stay here, it doesn't look like much from the front but the back is a beautiful garden with hammocks, a great grass area with tables and an above ground pool overlooking Lake Atitlan. We moved from another hotel as the room smelt like sewage and were very happy that we chose Hotel Sakcari. We got...

For a straight up hotel, stay here. It has beautiful gardens, a small pool and magnificent views. We spent a few nights here and fell in love with it! Internet was speedy and the service friendly. If you want a tranquilo stay with plenty of beauty stay here. It's also close to all amenities.

We didn't book a room with a view, so didn't get one. However, as we were going to Cuba before, I contacted the hotel, to advise I couldn't contact them prior & they were fine with that, also, although we were there during Semana Santa, they didn't require a deposit or raise the rates. The rooms are fine, hot water...

My husband and I just got back from a 5 week vacation through Central America. This hotel was our favorite hotel throughout the entire trip. The view is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are spotless, the service is fantastic, WIFI worked well everywhere and it is just a very relaxing place to stay. We stayed the first two nights in the...

We stayed in San Pedro for 2 nights. We used booking.com to make a reservation with Hotel Sakcari. It is a bit of a walk from the boat dock but not too far. The surrounding area has a bunch of food options. The hotel is a bit pricey for the area but the room was comfortable. Wifi was a bit...
