We spent 2 nights here, and had good service weather it was at the restaurant, with the staff and family, or for tour. short walk to the beach, and we were still in dry season there so we could access by car (recommend a 4WD because of the state of the road and the rivers that we had to cross).

Stayed here in early March. This guest house is lovely, spacious, quiet and clean. The room we stayed in looked out into the trees, which were filled with birds and iguanas. Very serene and relaxing place and in very close proximity to local attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Manolo's restaurant next door has very good food that is reasonably prices...

My friend and I stayed here for several nights while visiting Drake Bay. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Manolo and his staff took incredible care of us. They helped set up tours to Corcovado National Park, snorkeling on Isla de Cano, and zip-lining through the rainforest. They also had a wonderful little restaurant. It was an incredible deal...

We had a wonderful stay here, the hotel is run by the entire family of Manolo. They are very friendly and prepare nice food in their attached restaurant. The rooms are absolutely spotless, and are cleaned every day! We feld at home here straight away. The guide (Javier) is one of the best in Drake, we recommend the day trio...

Great location. The owner and his wife made you feel like one of the family. The accommodations are simple but very clean. The meals delicious. Mango smoothie is a must have.

I arrived here for three nights of adventure, not quite knowing what to expect. What a delightful surprise! I booked my trips with Manolo and they represented excellent value for money. Cano island with snorkelling was beautiful whilst walking through the Corcovado rainforest with Javier looking for Pumas and finding a sleeping tapir - magical! I walked in to the...

Cabinas Manolo is worth every penny! Staying in Bahia Drake can be very expensive, so we were happy to find this affordable, friendly, locally owned and operated hostel. The owner, Manolo is the most kind and grateful host! The hotel is super clean, even by American standards. Our room and bathroom were cleaned every day, with fresh towels. The tours...

After a wet boat landing, we found a pick up truck ready to escort us to the cabinas. Upon arrival, our hosts already had keys in hand, and were ready to show us to our rooms. Spacious, humble rooms that were attended to every day made our visit comfortable. Of course, this is more of an adventure travel location, so...

Friendly tico run hostel, attentive staff, excellent local knowledge and tours offered including Sirena and Cano island. Clean spacious rooms. Close to beach and local amenities, great base for Corcovado and whale watching. Great place to relax and unwind.

We moved from another hotel to this one as its price was so good (for a large private room with fan and mosquito net $10pp if you do a tour with them otherwise $15pp). The staff were very helpful and friendly and dropped us off at the beach to catch the boat to save us carrying our packs. This place...
