I have experience this villa. Nicolas is the owner and i was there with my family . We were not given blankets and we tried to ask him multiple times but he was not able to provide. I would recommend to not go for this hotel . He does not have change at the time of payment so He told me he will give it later. The difference of 200 rs is still not refunded and I am trying to follow up with him since a month . This place is just pathetic with nothing nearby. We even had issue with water , there was no water for more than day . The stay was more like jail then a stay. When we tried to tell him about the issue he told me you could leave the place in the night as he cannot solve it. He even told about the food which he can provide(not free though) so we rely on it but he did not provide any food as there is nothing nearby and nothing in his place too !!

every time i go i stay at different places..this time Quarto - it was Comfortable rooms; the fantastic view of Natural beauty and Lands from the large balcony; friendly staff , at it is located a bit away from the beaches and so it is not so noisy n crowded. it's quite n calm Total value for money. Travelling around the places is well connected to the Quarto, that makes a comfortable and safety travel. Bike rental optional are nearby only . Nicholas the owner helps all for info that’s the best part ppl come to this place .. service is the matter of fact.

We were group of 20 friends planning to visit goa and booked the whole villa. this property is in a good place surrounded by paddy fields, very nearby to Baga. We had a very lovely time there. All thanks to Lavanya, who takes care of the bookings for this property. Once you are here, try out their restaurant. Parata was one of the best that i had in my life.

We booked this hotel for just one night. I tried to contact beforehand in order to ask the hotel if they would still be serving food when we arrived at 9pm. No response. I asked again and they said they had a cafe so it would be fine. Soon after, we had to change flights and would arrive in the early hours. I asked if a late check in could be accommodated. No response. I emailed again, they said it can be arranged (leaving no details). On arrival, it wasn't clear what we were supposed to do and, when we walked to the front of the building we just got barked at by the dogs there. Eventually someone came to show us to our room. Now I'm not a fussy person - I've travelled and seen all sorts of rooms. I wouldn't have even commented on the above had the room been just OK, but it really wasn't. We were shown our room 'grande' which certainly was spacious and I was impressed with the large size of the bathroom. Unfortunately, this is where my admiration ended. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed since the last person (little bits on them that seemed like crumbs maybe?) and the sheet was stained. I make a point to check every mattress for bed bugs before I sleep in the bed. Whilst I saw none at this hotel, the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. The pillows themselves were yellowed. If it hadn't been 2am, I would've walked out and found a new hotel without paying anything. Unfortunately for us it was 2am so I slept on my towel for minimal contact with the gross bed. My partner was awoken in the night with ants crawling on him (they were streaming in through a hole in the wall). There was also no toilet roll supplied. In the morning, I went to have a shower under the rusted shower head and there was also no warm water. There was also used soap left on the side from the last person and tooth paste splashes up the mirror (more evidence that the room had not been cleaned). Before we checked out, I told one of the staff that we were not happy. I showed pictures I had taken the night before of the stained sheets, mattress, pillows and ants. The response was to call the owner who seemed to just tell the staff to take my passport details and did not care to rectify the fact that we were dissatisfied. The staff then asked for payment and I asked again what the owner's response had been to the issues we had. The staff said they 'didn't see anything.' Despite having already seen the pictures on my phone. I took the member of staff to the room and, without any searching, pointed out the issues. Straight away, she apologised and said she was sorry (clearly now she couldn't deny seeing them). We came downstairs and I said, will you tell the owner then and she replied that the owner still wanted the full payment (despite admitting the serious issues with the cleanliness of the room). We paid the money but I cannot believe a) the cleanliness and b) the customer service at this place. It's the worst we have experienced in 3 months of travelling. Please see the pictures below for what you can actually expect to find by booking a room at this hotel. And don't think that, if this is a one-off mistake, the owner will care enough to do anything about it. What a shame.

I stayed in Casa Tipri from 17-19 Feb and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I opted for Grande room and it was really grand. Rooms and bathrooms were huge . I loved the location as it was away from market and noise yet reachable from Calangute and other beaches of North Goa.The hospitality under Shivam Gulati was also excellent and took care of all our requirements.
