This hotel is much average and lacks and basic services. I am writing my review of my recent stay
Cons 1. Hotel Wifi strength depends on which floor you have your room good at 1st floor , worst at 3rd (no internet in bedrooms) 2. Sudden shutdown of internet, there was no internet in the hotel for 48 hours 3. Door card locks are broken for several room , I was given external small lock 4. Intercom /telecom from rooms doesn't work. You get to stepdown to the reception for your asks 5. Breakfast is repetitive but you can ask for what you want in breakfast a day before 6. Sudden lost of hot shower for two days in bathroom 7. AC and tv had to be repaired /fixed several times
Pros 1. Customized breakfast 2. Staff tries to help but I felt they are helpless in lack of logistics 3. Room service is good 4. Pool is clean 5. Breakfast tastes good

Every thing is fine . Swimming pool you should not allow to swim without swimming costume. drinking of regular water should be made available for rooms after finishing complementary bottles. Spa was closed as the name suggest but not available. Room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

We booked two bhk suite and one deluxe room. Location was very good.It is a service apartment good ambience .1.5 km from beach. nearby you can get vehicles on rent. Reception manager was not good. Cold personality. Rest of the staff and housekeeping staff were excellent and there was eagerness and genuinity in their service . Went their through an agent was a mistake as it costed me around 13000 more. Learnt a lesson to go directly to a place and book . U can get other service apartment's nearby which will cost less.breakfast was excellent. Big spacious rooms. In two bhk room, one room toilet was choked . I have given it 4 star for housekeeping not manager , breakfast , big spacious rooms and location.

I visited Goa for a leisure trip with my spouse post Covid hence I was little reluctant about the hygiene factor in the Hotels/ Goa property.
But trust me the Hotel was neat & clean with well maintained washrooms, garden view, private beach experience, awesome room service.
The food quality was also good (vegetarians don’t worry you will get varieties here) over all we could frame lot of great memories to cherish!

I was there with my family. It's a very good hotel to stay. Rooms are very clean and staffs are very helpful. Food quality also very nice and tasty. The hotel is near by the beach, it's only 10 minutes walking distance and market is also near by. In short it's a best hotel to stay in goa. I love it and I will suggest all my friends to stay. Thank u golden suites to make our stay such memorable. Love u all.

Staying here for two nights. Booked two rooms. No housekeeping room cleaning done yet. Swimming pool not functional. Staff says it's ready today u can use it Pls see the attached pic. Will u jump in this gutter? Totally disappointed.

Worst hotel of my life. There was no cleaning no amenities only one socket for charing in entire room. Poor old infrastructure. One should stay on the road before staying in this hotel. Only thing which was good is parking nothing else. It is bhoot bangla types

Overall Experience was good. ! Wifi issue was there but the rooms were clean and spacious.

The photos loaded on online are deceiving. None of those mentioned - gym, Spa even exist. Run down property, this resembles a lodge. The furniture are in a state of ruin. The plates at the buffet table had cockroach droppings. I want my full refund

Amazing property and value for money. Location, food, and cleanliness are is to be appreciated. Rooms were well sanitised. Very helpful and courteous staff. We had a lovely stay. Free Parking facility available.

Standard room is not big enough but 2 people can live comfortably and peacefully.If there is more than 2 people then you should book a big room.Separate bedroom is not available in standard room.The deluxe room is large and has a separate bedroom.
