I’m writing this review while still staying at this gorgeous property, having extended my stay and sipping a lovely cup of iced coffee while the rain outside embraces the glass windows. I cannot describe how amazing it feels to be here. All my worries seem a thing of the past. The testament to how much I love it here is in the fact that it’s my birthday today and all I want to do is thank the whole team of Postcard for making me feel so special on this day. I might even have cried seeing their warmth and compassion but that’s beside the point.
This spectacular property lies in a quiet corner of Goa, nestled in greenery and surrounded by the sound of birds. Once you check-in you will not want to leave the property at all. You’ll be welcomed with traditional Goan drinks and warm smiles. They’ll give you a small tour of the property and tell you about the history of the gorgeous Goan house turned into a boutique hotel before showing you to your room. The rooms are all beautiful and unique and have retained some of the charm of old Goan houses. We were told by the team that Goan architecture focuses on getting sunlight in the rooms and they have managed to do just that. The room feels airy and open with an aesthetically pleasing decor. And let me tell you, the bed is a trap. Once you get inside those warm covers, there’s no coming out. Think of it as a friendly Devil’s Snare. Keeping this in mind, they’ve a policy of not limiting the breakfast time. You can wake up at whatever time you want and ask for breakfast. The food is locally prepared and they have quite a lot of vegan friendly options. But I would suggest anyone who comes here to try their Goan cuisine because it’s delicious and can be catered to your taste.
Coming to the best part about my stay here: the team. Shikha, you sure have got the gift of the gab and it was so lovely talking to you and getting to know you. They say that people don’t remember what you do from them, but how you make them feel and this saying is absolutely true. The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay not just good, but phenomenal. I must say, hospitality like this is rare to come across but when I do find such wonderful people, they stay with me forever and the team of The Postcard Saligao has craved a place in my heart!
I’ve not even left the property yet but I will miss this place and the beautiful people I had the fortune to meet. I wish this team nothing but the best for all the projects they undertake. The Postcard has us hooked now and we can’t wait to explore all the marvellous properties they’ve all across the country. Thank you guys for such a heart-touching stay.

Exceptional ! That in one word describes our experience at The Postcard Saligao. The property is lovely and offers nice open spaces for family/friends to spend quality time together. The service is absolutely impeccable as the team is trained to anticipate every small need and offer their assistance. Being a small 5 room boutique helps as they are able to pay individual attention. Agree with another reviewer that you need a car to get around but that’s true for most of Goa and here too, one can get their help to make necessary arrangements

Our stay at Postcard Hotel, Saligao, was nothing short of extraordinary. The serene surroundings, tasteful decor, and personalized attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience.
The staff deserves special mention. Ajay and Mukul were ever so accommodating, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Manager Sikha’s warmth and efficiency added a touch of comfort that made us feel right at home.
The food was simply divine! Chef Vaz is not only a culinary genius but also a true gentleman. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and prepared with love.

The Postcard Hotel's offer a more personal experience right from the start meeting the manager who showed us round the hotel facilities and being taken to the room by a friendly member of staff.
Excellent room with an amenities cart filled with good teas and coffees. Lovely 4 poster bed.
Great poolside area, delicious cocktails and meals cooked to order.
Charming and totally unique! Stayed at a Postcard twice now and hope many more times.

Goa in the monsoon offers a different charm and I am glad we chose Postcard Saligao for this trip. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, this is a quaint hotel that is serene and so peaceful! The rooms are comfortable and have an old Goa charm! The one thing I would love to come back for, over & over again is the courteous staff and their unparalleled hospitality. Each of them have been generous and have an immaculate attention to detail. They are always around without remotely being intrusive. From the food to the concern for the wellbeing of the guests, to small gestures that would be done, have made this trip that much more special. This was our first experience with Post Card Hotels and I am surely looking forward to more experiences with them! A big thank you to the team at Saligao for being part of our joy & celebrations and making it so special for us!

So much thought has been put into everything.,right from their toiletries,to take me home pouches,cotton totes,to merchant of seas tea. Cleanliness is like An OCD persons dream- that meticulously taken care of. From their rooms,to food ,to the ambience,the surrounding -Its etched in our hearts forever. Postcard spoils u,u can never find such a team who paid attention to our smallest of needs and even before we could ask them,things were done for us. The food is so amazing,that u can feel the chef needs an applause 👏 .Their cocktails out of this world. SAHAJ and his team put their heart and soul to make it an unforgettable experience for me. Had a fabulous stay at the Postcard Saligao. The hotel is absolutely stunning. It’s in a ~200 year old Portuguese villa that’s been restored, and is in a wonderful, quiet location in the quaint and serene Saligao.
The staff here were just amazing- Shikha, the resort manager, made our trip to Goa one to remember. She was so wonderfully caring and thoughtful, and never failed to check in on us every day. I was sick the day we arrived at the postcard and Shikha went above and beyond to ensure I felt better fast so I could enjoy my trip. Ajay, Harish, Stephen, Creighton, and the rest of the crew were fabulous as well.
The location of this place is perfect if you want to experience the buzz of North Goa but still stay in a place that’s peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed in most of the time. They have a lovely pool and early morning walks in Saligao are stunning. They also have wonderful plants and trees all over the property- a tropical heaven!
Definitely coming back here :)
