Me & my friends visited Quinta Serena Holiday Resort and it’s the best pocket friendly villa in North Goa. The owner Sidney, the manager Harshal & the caretakers Swapnish, Vicky, Sunil & Veeru are so kind, helpful & sweet. They didn’t treat us like guests, they treated us as family. We also celebrated one of my friends birthday & they didn’t leave any stone unturned to make it so special & the best. The decorations they did was unexpected and was done in such a short time. The place is so peaceful, the birds chirping, ample of space even for a group of upto 16 people and everything so well maintained. The staff is so supportive and always carrying a lovely smile on their faces. One should definitely book this place for the best time in Goa. Thankyou :)

We came here for a team retreat and were blown away by the quality of care, service and warmth we received. Harshal, Beeru, Swapnesh, Vicky and Sahil ensured we were comfortable, fed with scrumptious food and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the time on the resort, great caretakers always available and helpful, wifi was a bit slow, but a good experience all together.
The lil hut was open and quite windy, good for hot weather.
You always have to ask for a bottle of water instead of it being there in the refrigerator.

Myself with my hubby got to stay at Qunita Serena resort during our year end vacataion to Goa (21st Dec - 25th Dec'19), the look of the resort was extremely good, beautiful attractive buildings with Swimming pool.
The rooms were also clean & tidy, but there was lack of professionalism. They have appointed 2 young guys for service who were just doing the job for the sake of money. Breakfast combo was included in your package, but we were keep asking the guys to bring breakfast, after multiple request they have bought the breakfast without interest.
Very good place to stay, but hospitality needs to be improved.

Excellent service by the staff & caretakers, food was extremely delicious and pool was clean and pool water was regularly changed.
Hygine was maintained. It's a perfect experience close to the nature and 10min to beach. Will surely visit again

It’s an amazing resort. The rooms were spacious and cleaned. The staffs Swapnesh and Biru were very kind and polite..Even late night they would be available and provide good service. The manager (Harshal) was very helpful and kind. The only bad part was the kitchen which was not cleaned but after we told them they provided us a clean kitchen..

Very nice ambience with a wonderful swimming pool. We liked it very much. Thank you very much for all the help. Very comfortable rooms and dining area. We used kitchen also to cook the food it was a nice experience.

The stay at Quinta Serena have been really amazing with great hospitality. The property is really great and beautiful and with the freedom and surroundings it was a great stay. Sandeep bhaiya have always been available for any help even at midnights. Really worth it.

We stayed here with a large family group and had the full resort to ourselves.
All the cottages were clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned daily.
Best part of the experience was the exceptional service provided. They were always ready and available to help us with a smile. Especially Swapnesh. He was outstanding and took really good care of us.
