At the conclusion of our wonderful vacation to Sedona, we told Mark and Carrie - the owners of Cozy Cactus where we stayed for three nights - that we will see them again in the near future. Every time we return to Sedona, we'll be staying at the Cozy Cactus. Their hospitality was second to none, and we found out...

First - Love the Picture Second - What it's been over two weeks, where you been? Third - "close to a 5-star restaurant" and "cooked to near perfection" - (close and near - boy you two are tough) :-) Seriously, Mark and I have said over and over again how nice it was to finish up 2014 with such a...

We, my husband, teens/young adults and me, have stayed here twice and will definitely stay here again! The setting and ambiance can't be beat. Carrie and Mark make us feel very welcome and greeted us like old friends the second time we stayed. They made reservations for us before we arrived. [Rustica Cucina and La Pisa both have wonderful food!]...

Happy New Year Annette (and all the family) - it was so nice to see you all (well almost all) back to the Cozy Cactus - the young ladies being so grown up and all. Thank you very much for the review. However, I always get a funny feeling when I read other B&B's reviews' (yes I admit it, I...

This B&B is in a great location, easy to find and have awesome views of the Bell Rock. Mark and Carrie are friendly and it feels like home to be with them. The food is delicious and they accommodate dietary restriction of guests. You can access the Bell Rock and Courthouse trail from this B&B and it's also quick drive...

My wife and I stayed four nights in the Vortex Vista Suite. Mark and Carrie made us feel like we owned the place and we were just letting them take care of us. The rear courtyard location and views are private and amazing. You are far enough away from hustle and bustle of Sedona, but still have unobstructed views of...

"Wow" indeed - Happy New Year! So when you come back with friends, have you told them that you have dibs on the Vortex Vista Suite or are you going to rough it in one of the two-bedroom condos? Just kidding folks the condos are also wow-cozy. Thank you so much for the review, hearing back from our guests does...

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at the Cozy Cactus. We were greeted upon arrival by Carrie with a warm welcome and tour (and Tequila the B&B mascot - dog)! This was the best B&B we have ever stayed at, the rooms were perfect and left us in want of nothing, the location is amazing with breath taking views...

Happy New Year you two....love the pictures! Wow, I can't believe that it has almost been two months since you were here... We hope you guys are staying warm; we've had some other guests from your area send us "lows" over the past couple of weeks. Sorry, but Mark is wearing shorts today (was that mean?) You two are truly...

The Cozy Cactus experience is one that you won't want to miss! Waking up to the view of the Bell Rock vortex literally right outside your window is magic in and of itself. But it's the owners Carrie and Mark, who continue the magic with their warm, personalized, informal style of taking care of you. Whether it's sharing the warm...

Happy New Year Susan! (and that husband of yours....we're not supposed to use names if not given...but he knows who he is...) Stayed 2 nights in Sedona Sky during November 2014. We thought the location of the Cozy Cactus could not have been better. It isn’t in the super busy, super touristy “uptown” neighborhood of Sedona. Instead it’s a few minutes away in the village where getting around without fighting crowds is made much easier. And that’s not to mention that the...
