Briar Patch Inn is truly magical. We arrived late one night and found our key, map and flashlight hanging in a little wicker basket on a string of bells at the front door. The entire property was twinkling with night lights and we could hear the sweet waters of Oak Creek flowing in the background. We found our adorable "Treetop"...

Five of us stayed in the Ponderosa Cabin for two nights to celebrate our dad's 90th birthday. The property, the cabin, the service, the food, the music - from start to finish our experience was top notch. The Inn is perfectly situated to take advantage of both Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon (we did), or one could simply stay put...

This review is over a year late, but felt compelled to write a review because we had a such a great experience that we still talk about it to this day. Our first experience in this part of the country, my boyfriend and I enjoy staying in non-traditional places that keep us close to nature when possible. Briar Patch exceeded...

Truly a 5 star experience. Website pictures of the space fail at capturing the vaulted ceilings and spaciousness of the rooms which flow seamlessly into one another. Kitchen. Bedrooms. Bath. Outside deck. Lazy ambling pathways, sheep grazing, and a swimming hole. Perfection! Ours was a fit and fabulous professional women's group from Texas who came to know themselves better through...

We were greeted in the Owl cabin with 2 bottles of wine, a beautiful Apache prayer, a nice note from the Inn for our 34th anniversary. The Owl was quaint, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, dining by Oak Creek and greeted on Sunday morning with soothing music from a 2-piece group. All in all, a very...

Again, WOW. From the moment your turn off the road into this breathtaking Inn, you will be blown away. The most peaceful, beautiful, accommodating place I have ever stayed. Each time I called with questions, the staff was beyond helpful and so kind and caring. When we arrived, again, amazing welcome, from both the staff and a few of the...

CON: they advertise wifi. but its only avail at the main lodge which is fairly frustrating and they never warned us about this, which i think should be a requirement on such...

We always appreciate feedback, whether positive or not, as that is how we know if we are doing a good job at exceeding our guest's expectations. We only have wireless internet available in the main Lodge as a convenience to those guest's who need to stay in touch with the outside world, and we clearly state that on our website,...

We have been visiting the Briar Patch Inn annually for many years. We love the cabins, especially the ones along Oak Creek! The grounds are lushly landscaped with gorgeous flowers. It is so peaceful to sit and contemplate the beautiful surroundings, while listening to the rushing creek waters. The cabins are rustic, but comfortable. Being in this wilderness area, you...

Absolutely welcoming, accommodating. Well-groomed grounds, delightful rustic but fully-equipped cabin, comfortable sleeping. The swimming hole on Oak Creek was picture perfect & quite refreshing on a very hot June day. Community BBQ grills are well placed & inviting. All staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast next to Oak Creek with lovely live music was stupendous. Wish we could have...

We stayed in the Sycamore cabin which is very convenient to the office, breakfast and Oak Creek. A beautiful spot, quiet in the evening and during the night. Some traffic noise during the day but not bothersome. The morning breakfast was fantastic and the seating overlooking Oak Creek added to the relaxed atmosphere making it hard to leave to pursue...
