We stopped at Sedona Real Inn for one night, making our way from Phoenix to Flagstaff. Loved the suite accommodation which included a main living area with a full-sized bed and pullout sofa, and separate bedroom. Worked really great for us and our 2 boys (12 and 14). Lots of room and the space was pleasant. Found the servie to...

Great review! I'm sure this will help families planning their summer vacations to Sedona. Glad to hear your boys enjoyed the pool and waffle maker. It's a guest favorite. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you again! Best, Rob, GM

While a grade above your typical motel, the Sedona Real Inn and Suites was clean and well located for the hiking, four wheeling and biking we planned. The West Sedona location kept us out of the tourist Mecca of down town but close enough to get there for dinner or shopping. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only real...

Thank you for taking time to leave us a nice review. Our location is the best for outdoor adventurers! You are correct, everything in Sedona is just a short drive. I'm glad that you experienced the signature friendliness of our team as well. We hope you'll come and see us again soon! Best, Rob, GM

Sedona Real is a dogs paradise! Huge fenced dog park, lots of grass everywhere and staff who care about your pet! On the human side, rooms nicely appointed but small, same friendly staff and decent breakfast. But the location on the Westside is problematic for traffic .

Believe it or not, traffic is better over here than in Uptown Sedona. For anyone arriving from Phoenix, I recommend taking Hwy 260 from Camp Verde to 89A in Cottonwood. Beyond that, we're happy to know that your furry family member enjoyed frolicking in our pet park. Dogs do love it here! We hope you'll visit again. And keep in...

We stayed at the Sedona Real Inn for two nights in early April. We got a GREAT Trip Advisor rate, and the place was very nice, very clean. We woke the first morning (a Saturday) to find fresh-baked cinnamon roles coming out of the oven for breakfast! Staff is very friendly, rooms have nice, large bathrooms and the rooms and...

Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting the Sedona area. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were big, clean and well furnished. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was good with many choices. For the Sedona area this hotel was priced very well.

We had an extremely disappointing stay at Sedona Real Inn and Suites. We arrived at 2pm and were told that check-in was not until 3pm. We did give our credit card and information. The person behind the counter was barely civil and seemed confused about our reservation. When we asked for directions to a specific local attraction, she said she...

My apologies for not meeting your full expectations. When you're disappointed, so are we. It sounds like the main source of your discontent was at check-in so that's where I'll be working to improve the experience for future guests. We're in the peak season now so, it's not always possible to do a rooms move - especially for our premium...

We're glad to hear that despite some challenges, you were able to take advantage of our amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice to return to after exploring the area. We just invested in a property Wi-Fi upgrade so thanks for that positive feedback as well. All that being said, it sounds like your expectations weren't met completely. When...

From the photos, we were a bit let down when we arrived. We pictured the property away from the city. It isn't! We rented a corner suite for a week. The suite is a hotel room with a bit of extra room. Clean and nice? Absolutely. The website is just a little too well done. The good news is the...

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Really liked Kris who help plan and schedule our day there. Highly recommend the trolley and jeep rides. Hotel staff friendly, breakfast was great and rooms were very clean.

After reading such glowing reviews about Sedona Real, I was anxious to stay here on a recent weekend trip to Sedona. I must have stayed at a totally different hotel, based on my experience. Overall, the experience was good, but the room (first floor) was something resembling a dark dungeon. The room location was not very convenient to the parking...
