Quaint place to stay. Quiet, friendly and very clean. Parking can be a bit tough if you have a large vehicle but is possible. Management is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is offered but is not a hot meal. Dick Curtis, the owner, makes an appearance each morning for meet and great and you get an autographed photo when you...

Easy checkin, cute room with a spacious bathroom, very clean and central to all good things in Sedona! It's away from the tourist area across from the Whole Foods! Only one thing that is very minimal, we were in room 4 and you can hear every step the upstairs guests makes, but that's easy to ignore or ask for the...

Sort of an ordinary small motel. Clean. One of the descriptions I read was "understated rooms". I would call our room, dark, small, marginally decorated. The hotel was clean. The Continental breakfast was average. There was nothing really wrong with the place which is why I gave it an average 3 but next time we'll try a different place.

Nice and quiet off Main Street. Desk people very helpful about where to eat and what to see with little time. Loved the breakfast room with Hollywood Memories. Nice corner room and supplied everything we needed. Nice little patio in back to sit and relax.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed with big bathroom. Pretty front garden area with hot tub. Staff super helpful, extra, really! Convenient, near 89A but off main road a bit and felt private. Close to Whole Foods and some hiking! It was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained and on the edge of a nice quiet residential area, so the noise level was pretty good. Breakfast was a very basic collection of muffins, pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit and instant oatmeal. The pastries and muffins were all delicious. I really enjoyed the hot tub every...

In our opinion and experience, we wouldn't call this a Bed and Breakfast! It appears to be a small old renovated motel, with very small rooms! Don't expect a big nice breakfast, they provide a continental breakfast! On the good side, the rooms are clean, was quiet and the hot tub was the best feature!

Great location. Near center of town across the street from Whole Foods. The room was basic with Small TV. NO ONE lives there from mgt. Office only opened at 8am and we had a ATV booked for 8a so, No opportunity to grab breakfast...I was dissappointed in that I could not even get a cup of coffee. Only an emergency...

I booked a room after finding it via trip advisor and it did not disappoint. I had a room on the 2nd floor that was spotless- bathroom was big with walk in shower, seat and hand hold things for safety (my 75 yr old mom recently redid her bathroom with this same feature and knew she would appreciate that feature...

Stayed just one night. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. The modest continental breakfast was fine for us - we ate outside on their pretty patio. We didn't use their hot tub/spa, but it looked very clean. The owner was a hoot and we enjoyed hearing about his movie star days. The inn is off the highway...
