The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. Check in and check out were A+. But when I entered the living room, I was greeted by a giant stain on the carpeting in the middle of the room. During my entire stay, I wanted to get a carpet cleaner and scrub away the stain, or buy... More

Timeshare resort alot of pressure to attend the "welcome" event you can say no but it wasnt as easy as it sounds. Hey $100 dollars and a breakfast is $100 dollars and a breakfast. We were on the second floor out of three no lifts but the stairs aren't steep. The suite as always is clean, well maintained, air conditioned,... More

Our stay at Scottsdale Links was a timeshare exchange on short notice to escape the northern weather. SL did a great job checking off MOST of the boxes we wanted to fill. First off, make no mistake - the people who work here are first class from the front office to housekeeping. Everyone wants to make your stay pleasant. The... More

I reserved a one bedroom but apparently none were available. So they put me in a 2 BR, 2 BR suite that was awesome! There were a lot of activities on site, none of which I was able to attend. But the service was top-notch and the staff very friendly.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom suite met our every need. Never having travelled together before my friend and I found the accommodations gave us both privacy and joint space. We barbecued most nights, met many interesting people in the hot tub and on the golf courses (Talking Stick, Camelback and the Phoenician). Purchased our main food at Trader Joe's which... More

Nice resort. Our 3 bdrm unit was showing some wear and tear but was nice and roomy! Felt very safe in neighborhood. Staff was nice. Pool was great and open late. Wish there was a towel exchange at pool. Loved having a washer and dryer in suite. Will stay again.

We had a 1 bd 1 ba unit on 3rd floor at back of building. Lots of stairs but nice to have good sunshine near treetop. Traffic noise not noticeable, airplane noise and grounds construction noise pronounced. Good size unit. Comfy furnishings throughout, and comfy bedding, Diamond quality. Living room smallish, but great pull out sleeper sofa -- supportive foam... More

We had a very spacious one bedroomed apartment on the third floor. Vast dining room, for some reason, smallish living room, adequate sized kitchen, tiny bathroom, generous closet and enormous bedroom. Big TV but stuck away in the corner of the living room! It was on the third floor - no elevators, but staff helped carry our things up the... More

Spent a week using an Interval World exchange. Had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor unit - by choice - but there are no elevators so for some not a good option. Almost all units have views of the parking lots or a fairly busy street. The unit was large and comfortable with the exception of the sofa that... More

Your reservation confirmation details all aspects of the resort lay-out and the fact that we do not have an elevator on-site, for all incoming guests. When notified, our front desk and maintenance staff would be more than happy to address any issues that arise from your room or looked into relocating to a more preferable unit, based on availability.
